Boss attacks: Varick and Arcus Form the Mega Rabbitzord

Varick leaned against a tree as the horse sewed the last few stitches into a stuffed rabbit. Each thread came enchanted with earth magic and a unique series of spells. Just as the Clydesdale finished, something red and orange ran past him before circling back. A white, black, and orange wyfex appeared in front of Varick with a growl.

 

    “Why are you just standing here,” she demanded, looking irritated. “We need to go fight that beast! It needs to perish in flames!” Varick was slightly startled at first but could sense the intensity of this newcomer’s fire magic.

 

    “Hi, my name is Varick, and I am doing my part to fight the wyrm,” the tailor informed the wyfex. “I’ve just opted for a more tactical approach.” He looked down at the toy rabbit before holding it out. “Pour your magic into this and use it to fight the crystal wyrm. It should be a fun experience for you.”

 

    “How do I know this isn’t some sort of trick to ensnare me,” the wyfex demanded. She looked at the doll with what appeared to be high suspicion, but the view screen that made up her face made it difficult to tell for sure.

 

    “That’s a valid concern considering we just met, but with the current circumstances in mind, maybe you could extend a little trust,” Varick suggests, still offering the rabbit plush to the fiery wyfex.

 

    “Fine,” she hisses as she snatches the toy. “If this is some sort of trap, I will burn you alive!” Varick stepped away with his hands up as she took the toy and rushed to fight the serpent crystal dragon. As instructed, the wyfex poured her fire powers into the rabbit, activating the several layers of enchantments. Earth and fire magic intertwined as metal shot out of the toy and encased the bearer. An angry howl escaped the wyfex as she was sure she had fallen for a trap as the metal grew larger and shaped into a rabbit.

 

    “Use it as an extension of your body,” Varick’s voice echoed around the metal construct. The metal construct stood a hundred feet tall and began moving as the wyfex gained a feel for using it. Soon the wyfex was using the massive metal rabbit to punch and stomp the crystal wyrm while Varick watched from a safe distance. In no time, the beast lay defeated in the snow as the metal construct loomed over it.
