Chapter 36
Gaara paced along the hallway in the hospital in Suna waiting for the arrival of his son and more importantly his wife Tausha. Normally Gaara’s siblings would be here but they are not. Kankuro was at home watching the kids while Dawn had some rest as she was forced to be bed rest due to her caring another set of twins.
Temari was due to have her second baby; Shikamaru was not only also at home but shitting bricks. He was watching their son Enti, at the same time keeping an eye out on his wife Temari.
The only ones that did stay with Gaara were Kaminari, Seth, Makoto and Kira. It was 6 hours since Gaara last saw Tausha before she was admitted to the delivery room. Ophelia walked out to great Gaara.
“Gaara, you may come in to see your wife and baby.” Said Ophelia still holding on the door. Gaara didn’t hesitate as he stormed into the room.
10 minutes later…
Gaara stepped out of the room and greeted to the group informing to them of what they had.
“Tausha had another boy, we named him Shin. Anyway I wanted to thank you for coming here. Right now Tausha and Shin need their rest so you guys can go home and come back tomorrow to see her and Shin.”
Both of the couples agreed and took their leave while Gaara stayed at the hospital to be with his wife and new son. This time there will be no mistake of ever taking neither his eyes nor himself away from his family.
Gaara laid on the couch where he drifted off to sleep.
In the Nara home…
All was peaceful, Enti was napping Temari finally went to sleep after spending nearly the entire morning yelling at him for cooking something that made her fell sick to her stomach. Only to find out that the neighbor next door to them was BBQ’ing for their own little party and had crept into their house.
The house was quiet too quiet something is bound to break loose. Shinkamaru was restless he wanted to lay down and rest, but felt that something might happen. He heard someone calling to him very quietly. Shinkamaru looked out of his window and saw his best friend Chouji waving to him.
Shinkamaru hand signaled to Chouji to come in the house and meet him in the back patio. Chouji did just that. The two talked to one another about their teammates and others of how and what they’ve been doing.
“So, Chouji how is Ino doing?” asked Shinkamaru.
“Ino? Well she’s been keeping herself distance for a while. I think she’s still worried about Leon. You know as well as I do that they are going out and all. But this time…something seems different. I mean by a good way.”
“I wonder why Ino is keeping herself distance to us including…oh never mind.” Shinkamaru was about to say Sakura but instead realized that wasn’t it.
“Well, needless to say a lot has happened in the past 5 years. Our Sensei Asuma gone, one of the great Sannin Jiraiya gone, and that one girl from the Water Village Renee.”
“Oh that’s right! Ino and Renee were really close friends. First Sakura and Ino was friends until the whole Sasuke population crap; then afterwards they sort of made amends to one another. Now this…I think Ino lost a very close friend, and possibility would have been her sister-in- law.” Shinkamaru sinking his head lower.
“Whooh Shinkamaru, Renee isn’t dead…she was injured pretty badly.” Corrected Chouji.
The two started talking more about on what really happened to Renee. Chouji changed the topic to someone else, mainly bringing up more of happy things that have been going on in their village & other villages.

Ino was in her room packing up her weapons and clothing into her bag. She kept on and off looking out her window thinking back on how things went wrong back then, and terrible it was to see both her best & close friend seriously injured by Kiru. Leon who tried to save his little sister also was injured. Ino would often pause from her packing looking out the window. Ino was now finished packing up her bag; she placed it on her chair and returned to her bed where she laid down. Ino has not been feeling well for a while now. Her Father was off on a mission with Kakashi and Gai so Ino had the house to herself.
Her cell phone was on, but she never returned the many missed calls and voice messages from her own teammates, friends and others. Ino had plans and already had permission from Tsunade to head off to the Water Fall Village to go and spend some time with her friends there. Ino grabbed her blanket from her bed and placed it on herself. It is very odd to need a blanket when it was springtime nice and warm, and yet here’s Ino pulling up her blanket on herself that has been on her bed since winter. Ino thought to herself on what she had to do and make sure that she had everything with her. Ino fell asleep.

The next morning…
Gaara woke up in jolt, he woken up from a terrible nightmare. Collecting himself he made sure that he didn’t startle or wake up both Tausha and their newborn son. Gaara looked to see that both Tausha was sound asleep in her bed and so was little Shin who was in the tiny crib. Gaara got up to wash his face in the bathroom. He returns to the room where he took the chair and quietly moved it closer to Tausha’s bed.
Gaara heard some mumbling he looked up to see Tausha was starting to have some sort of nightmare working up. Gaara carefully at first tries to wake Tausha up. He paused when he heard Tausha asking why, then finishing off asking why would someone take Kyoji away from her. Gaara lowered his head in shame feeling that he had failed into getting their son back home and safe.
The newborn baby started to wake up and fuss; Gaara got out of his state of mind and went over to his 2nd son Shin. “I promise that nothing will ever happen to you Shin.” Said Gaara as he placed the little cap back onto his newborn son. Tausha slowly wakes up to see Gaara and her newborn baby. She smiled when she saw Gaara placing the baby’s cap back on his tiny head.

The next morning in Suna
All those who stayed with Gaara returned to the hospital to see the newborn baby. Both Tausha and Gaara were shocked to see that Kaminari had her baby. “OH Kaminari you had your baby. When was he born?” asked Tausha.
“Oh, this little one decided to arrive right after we just left the hospital. Poor Seth, he was so unprepared everything was at home packed. But in the end I had little Ryu.” Said Kaminari as she held onto her little newborn son.
Gaara looked at Seth, he noticed he was hiding something that was bothering him.
“It’s kind of strange, you had your baby Tausha, then Kaminari. And now both Temari and Dawn are all who’s left waiting to have their baby.” Said Kira.
They all continued to stay and visit for a while before they had to return home.

Ino got up early in the morning where she grabbed her bag and made her way to the gates leaving the Leaf Village heading to the Water Fall Village. Out of nowhere Sai came into her view some what startled her.
“Hey there Ino, where are you off to?”
“I’m…I’m going alone to a village. No mission just… visiting a close friend is all. What brings you here Sai?”
“The usual boring drawings that I do that Naruto says are crap. I came here to see where your were going and wanted to know if you want me to tag along with you.”
Ino looked away thinking to herself, then decided that maybe it would be ok that Sai would go with her. “Sure, you can go with me, you have your pass form Tsunade?” asked Ino. Sai waved the pass to Ino showing her that he indeed had a pass with him. The two continue making their way leaving the gates to their village.
Two days pass by while heading to the Water Fall Village, they were getting close now; Sai had something on his mind that he wanted to ask Ino but kept on holding back until now he decided to ask Ino.
“Ino, How is this friend of yours that you so desperately want to see?”
“Well, it’s somewhat complicated. I am seeing two people here; one be my best & close friend, and the other… well I’m not sure if her brother is even interested in me visiting her here. Like I said its kind of complicated situation and a long story of what too.”
Sai raised an eye brow, now he was more than curious to know just who was this guy, and to know if this one guy maybe the cause of Ino’s reason to be so closed up in her home.
“Ok, then just let me in on what happened to your friend. Then tell me why you think that this guy would have a problem with you seeing her?”
Ino began telling Sai of what happened to her friend a few months ago up to the part of why the guy she thinks that he didn’t want her around.
“So, this Kiru that would be that one beast that was fighting that one white wolf? What did he do to her? Don’t get me wrong, I did see the fight, but I didn’t know who it was until you told me.” Asked Sai
“No one really know on just how the fight began, other than finding out that the fight was getting rather serious and down right violent. Naruto was the one who had used his Kyuubi to stop the fight. Tsurento, Naruto and Renee all were badly hurt and used up their chakra. So I came here to ask Renee on just what happened back then. If she isn’t able to talk then I hope her older brother Leon will let me in on what caused the major fight.”
Sai nodded and agreed to Ino’s questions. The two stopped at the gate of the Water Fall Village where four guards stood and asked them to see their passes. The two showed the one guard; they accepted their pass and let them into the village.
Ino stopped when she saw Leon walking up to her. Sai looked at Leon.
“So, this must be Leon Ino was talking about earlier”
“And you are?” asked Leon somewhat rude tone.
“My name is Sai, I can here with Ino. No point into letting one of your own villagers going off to another village alone.” Sparked up Sai earning a slight degree of hate from Leon.
“Leon, I wanted to see how Renee was doing.” Asked Ino.
Leon looked at Ino he felt something that seemed to beg to ask how Ino was doing herself. He walked up to her and took her hand. Oddly her hand felt cold, this began to worry Leon. Sai looked at the two, it was clear to him that something was up with Ino, not just how she’s been acting lately but the fact that Leon might have to learn of Ino’s new form in a few months.
Sai thoughts:
**Leon, if you so much prove yourself to be loyal to Ino… I hope it is all true what Ino says who you are…Or I will kill you. Man, I don’t think that Leon has the slightest bit of a clue to see that Ino is pregnant.**
All three headed up to the large house walked inside and made their way to the hallway that led in to Renee’s room.
“Sai, let Ino go in first.” Asked Leon. Sai agreed and waited for Ino to come out of the room.

In the hospital in Suna…
Kira and Makoto left the hospital, Kaminari and her son stayed with Tausha talking about their pregnancy and how glad to see it was all over. However Gaara and Seth are not in the room. Gaara leaned up against the wall when he saw Vince walking towards him this time he was caring his long trench coat over his left shoulder, his left arm holding the jacket from the inside.
“Did you come here to visit our son?” asked Gaara.
“Not today, actually I came here for two reasons, one to see how Jayda was doing, and two let you know that your brother… is in major trouble”
Gaara looked at Vince wondering just what kind of trouble Kankuro is in now. He sighed looking back down at the floor.
“What did Kankuro do; by means of what kind of trouble did he get himself into?” asked Gaara.
“I think Seth would be the one to answer that; I’m here to see Jayda and to let you know that… things are going to get even more complicated from now on.” Vince started to walk off heading to the elevator.
“Vince…I take it that Kankuro messed up again with Dawn?”
“Much worse; as I said you will hear more of how & why from Seth.” Vince walked into the elevator.
Gaara looked away now staring out at the window. Wondering what his older brother had done this time. With out a second thought he headed off to look for Seth determined to find out just what is going on.
Gaara figured that he would find Seth on the top of the roof, as he headed up there sure enough there was Seth sitting on a chair with his feet crossed and looked disappointed as he looked at the village. Gaara walked up and took a seat in the chair next to him.
“I need to know from you on what happened to Kaminari and you, and why Vince suggested that I find out from you why Kankuro is in major trouble?” asked Gaara.
Seth was hesitant at first, he didn’t know where to begin. He felt deceived by Kaminari, after all what Seth did and gave her he felt used.
“Where should I start?” asked Seth.
“I would guess when Jet said that his sister wasn’t able to have a kid; then you where there saying that it was your doing. Was there something that you did somehow restoring what Kaminari lost and you replaced?”
“Oh that, well… that was a while back. You see Kaminari lost both her lover and her daughter in one night by someone. I only found out about this back in the Leaf village when we both stayed at Makoto’s Uncle’s place. Kaminari was kidnapped by the same person who had the ability of removing her entire uterus so that she was not able to have kids.
I found out she was gone when I saw a pink baby blanket with the name stitched in “Gretchen” then I found a picture of her lover and herself she was pregnant in the picture. A paper folded up fell out of the back of the frame. I read it, and found out of was a promissory note to herself to avenge the death of her lover & baby girl.
We were both in the hospital in the Leaf Village Kaminari was recovering and I snuck into her room where I used the forbidden jutsu on her basically I gave her the use of having her entire uterus back so that she was able to have a baby.” Said Seth.
“I understand, and don’t get me wrong here… Dawn let me know of how Kaminari felt about you, yet Kaminari felt useless and unworthy and it continued on for a whole year. But…did Kaminari know or did you tell her what you did for her?” asked Gaara.
“I did, actually Ultamia told Kaminari what I did. From there on I have no idea what I did wrong.”
“Did wrong? You did nothing wrong what do you mean?” asked Gaara now looking at Seth.
“I meant that I must have done something wrong; for a while I thought she was caring our baby.”
Gaara’s eyes widen. “WHAT? Your saying that isn’t your child? Prove it!” Demanded Gaara.
“I’ve already had the DNA test done, one proving that I am not the Father to Kaminari’s baby; two I had to help Ophelia to calm Dawn down when she found out that Kankuro slept with Kaminari. Malike right now is watching over Dawn making sure that she is getting her rest.”
Gaara was pissed off of what his brother had done to Dawn. “This is a dumb question, how is Dawn taking this…I’m serious I need to know if she needs any help from me and others.” Asked Gaara.
“No it’s not a dumb question, Malikite convinced to Dawn that she is unable to move and she’s due anytime to deliver her twins. Basically Dawn wants nothing to do with Kankuro. She plans to move out of the house with her kids… she’s still living here, she would never leave her family & close friends even you Gaara as Dawn said you look after her like a kid sister.” Said Seth.
The two sat there quietly for a few more minutes before they started to leave. Gaara was fighting himself and feared that he might say something wrong if he mentioned about the past…he decided now had to be the time to bring it up.
“Seth, I know a selected few of us were sworn not to utter a word about “The Past” but I’m curious to know… back then when Dawn and Kira had that large battle with Xio…do you think what she said to Dawn… might have triggered a memory. I mean do you …” before Gaara could finish Seth spoke up.
“No, I don’t know if Dawn even remembers that one moment back then; but yes I did see her reaction…I don’t know what her two dragons that’s inside of here did to her memory but it did piss me off I think it had to be the work of that dam Myrith’s Wrath.
However, I think her other Dragon Soji’s Light is trying to recover her lost memories…right now it’s really difficult Dawn is due and worse she’s even got to the point where she refuses to allow Kankuro to be there for the birth of the twins.” Said Seth as he rubbed the right side of his head feeling a headache coming on.
“Is there anything that I can help, as in locating Adustus.?” Asked Gaara still feeling like a failure when he was not able to bring back his own son Kyoji. Seth looked at Gaara and knew what he was reliving in his mind again.
“Gaara, it’s been 7 years… since we last saw Adustus. We have not seen him since he was 5 months old. Kyoji was 2 years old when he was abducted from your home. Stop beating yourself about it…I can actually see right through your mind… with out even using my goggles you know.” Said Seth.
Gaara turned away, his heart stung horribly, as he tried to focus on the same stinging effects that Dawn went through when her baby was taken away.
“Seth… I believe that Dawn does know about Adustus, Since she heard what happened about Kyoji she… I saw the same reaction and the despair she had as if she was reliving the same moment back then when someone abducted Adustus.
What I am getting at is… do you want Dawn back…with you?” asked Gaara.
Seth was taken back a bit. “Me?” was all what Seth said.
“Yes you, I am starting to realize what Jason was talking about when Kira, and I was talking to Jason when we found out that Dawn was pregnant with your baby. He said that this was the first time in a long time to see his little sister happy, and something about Dragons uniting as one…I had no idea what Jason meant back then but I’m starting to see what he meant by that.” Said Gaara.
Off the distance a little boy walked up to both Seth and Gaara. “Uncle Gaara, what’s wrong with Jayda?” asked Alexander. Gaara shot out of his chair wondering why Alexander was there in front of him.
“Who brought you here? You didn’t leave the house and not letting your mother know did you?” scolded Gaara but in a less tone of voice.
“I came here with Jet, Malikite is watching my mommy. Do you know what’s wrong with Jayda?” asked Alexander.
“I honestly don’t know why she’s here…Vince is with Jayda right now. Maybe he can tell you.”
Alexander shook his head at Gaara. “No offence but I don’t like Vince.”
Gaara and Seth looked at Alexander.
“Neither do we.”
Said both Seth and Gaara at the same tie making Alexander laugh.
“Alex!” hollered Jet looking as if he would pass out in the hallway. He looks up to see Alex with Seth & Gaara. “Geeze kid, at least stay next to me so I don’t run off in pointless directions.” Jet walking up only to lean his body against the wall.
“You don’t have any kids Jet, besides this is just half the troubles they get into.” Said Gaara
Jet regaining his strength back taking Alexander with him to see Jayda.
Both Gaara and Seth continued their conversations.
“It appears that my idiot brother failed twice, where as you have not failed at all. I somehow know that Dawn will want to get away from the house but she can’t. One she’s due and the other reason she’s suppose to stay in bed.” Gaara hitting the heel of his shoe to the back of the wall.
“You do know Myrith’s Wrath is stirring up inside of Dawn again?” asked Seth this time causing Gaara to panic.
“Oh Shit!”
