Tausha had a week and could be due at anytime for her second baby to arrive. Gaara was still mess; dieing inside and full of regret of not being there like had wanted all of this would have been avoided if it wasn’t for those god dam paper work that he and his older siblings helped him sort and organize. Gaara would often sit on top of the roof of his office looking up at the desert sky still wondering just who and why someone would take their son. Two men went up and sat on each side of Gaara, Tsurento and Jet.
“You and all of us all feel your suffering Gaara.” Said Tsurento adjusting his glasses that seem to fail to stay where they should at all times.
“Tausha will be due soon, how is she?” asked Jet.
“Tausha I know she’s hurting more than I am, possibly thinking that I don’t care in the least.”
“What? Bull Shit, you know as well as all of us, Tausha would never think that of you… Ever. Sure she’s feeling out of place and lost just as you are. But don’t go and assume anything. Tausha would never say or think that of you at all.” Said Tsurento correcting Gaara.
“I don’t even know if this would be the right time to bring this up or ask… but I’ll do it anyway. My sister Kaminari wanted to know if you want her and a few others to do a small baby shower for Tausha. As I said, just wondering… Kaminari has been bugging me to ask you about this.”
Asked Jet feeling a bit uneasy mainly he’s still not to his mind able to adjust or be around kids.
“I…I’m sure Tausha wouldn’t mind, I don’t mind. BTW, is your sister pregnant?” asked Gaara now turning his head at Jet.
“No, she’s… it’s a long story and one that I’m not even sure that Seth even knows. Basically a past that she refused to remember, and think what she had then was all taken away. That’s all I can say about that.” Jet picking the pebbles of rock away from his shoes.
“Oh?” was all Gaara said.
“Basically Kaminari is no longer able to bare any children.” Said Jet in a cold tone. Both Tsurento and Gaara picked up their heads now looking at Jet.
“I don’t know Seth that well, but …isn’t he going out with your sister?” asked Tsurento.
“She’s… * Sighs * Gaara… please don’t get mad at me or worse at your brother.” Asked Jet now getting Gaara’s attention.
“What? What do you mean? Did Kankuro do something to your sister… if he did I will…”
“No, no it’s not that… She’s seeing your brother.” “Kankuro is seeing your sister?! That bastard! He’s with Dawn! I am so going to kick his ass!”
Both Tsurento and Jet held Gaara back down. “Gaara, Dawn knows about this already?” said Jet.
“She what… but I don’t get it Why?” was all Gaara asked.
“Oh man that’s a long story there, but my sister has been very edgy and been really quiet for a while. I’m a little worried for her, yet both Kankuro and Dawn tell me not to worry… Uh ok I do get worried about my little sister… but what is up with the grin on their faces?” asked Jet.
“Grin on who’s faces?”
All three turned their head to see Seth standing near them.
“Kankuro and Dawn’s faces… they are telling me not to worry yet they both have a grin on their faces… that does worry me.” Said Jet.
“What brought you here Seth?” asked Gaara. “I came up here knowing that I would find Gaara sitting here.”
“How is Vince doing?” asked Tsurento.
“He’s still … keeping himself distance to a lot of people. Not to Jayda or his kids. I don’t know why… but I have a feeling that something might happen.” Said Seth.
Gaara shook his head he thought of the same issue as Seth.
“You know… Vince can be a true ass!” Said Gaara making Seth laugh.
“No argument there! Vince is Vince.” Said Seth as he started to take his leave Jet spoke to him.
“Wait a minute…Seth do you know anything and why my sister is acting strange?”
Seth turned his head at Jet.
“Nah, nothing to worry about Uncle Jet.” Teased Seth literally giving him a blow out hint.
Both Gaara and Tsurento smirked and hid their chuckle. This mystified Jet even more. “Huh? You see, even Seth is doing that… What the… now you two?” Jet now even more befuddled and didn’t even take in the “Uncle” part.
“I thought you said that Kaminari wasn’t able to have any kids Jet… so uh what’s the deal?” asked Tsurento.
“That would be my doing.” Said Seth.
“How” was all Jet asked. Seth looked at him with his one thin eyebrow arched.
“No, no that’s not what I meant… I meant by how? Kaminari had her whole uh whatever…taken out of her. What did you do to uh restore it back to her... or whatever?” asked Jet.
“Not telling you… besides it’s a forbidden jutsu.” Said Seth now folding up his arms.
“Ok I guess now my sister can now... oh WHAT! OH Kaminari is having Kankuro’s baby then?”
Poor Jet so confused and lost. “It’s not Kankuro’s you moron…It’s mine she’s caring.” Said Seth as he unfolded his arms.
Tsurento chuckled to himself Jet on the other hand was still lost in his mind of why his sister is seeing Kankuro and not Seth.
“Now that my sister is pregnant and … caring your baby. So then why is my sister seeing Kankuro for?” asked Jet trying to clear up on what’s going on.
“I think he’s mainly confused on the part of Kaminari having your baby yet I guess Jet’s wondering if Kaminari is seeing Kankuro.” said Tsurento.
“Oh, Kankuro is just seeing Kaminari for some ideas on some weapons. Kankuro lost all of his puppets; so he’s thinking of some other type of puppet with more of an up to date method of fighting and weapons stored in the puppet. The other reason she’s seeing Kankuro is… oh never mind. That part your sister will give you some details there. All I can say is that Kankuro said something dumb to Dawn and nearly got his ass kicked.” Said Seth
“I swear that moron, Kankuro can be a major ass sometimes. What did he do or say to Dawn?” asked Gaara thinking that there was something amiss in the conversation.
“Apparently Dawn had plans, yet Kankuro was right there to ruin it. Sort of I got this information from Kira warning me not to enter the house. Kankuro got Dawn pregnant again. So that really set her off, I think there was a mission and looked forward into going with her teammates. Now that’s not going to happen.” Said Tsurento.
Gaara laughed to himself, he knew how Dawn acted whenever she got mad she really lets them have it.
