Chapter 24


Meanwhile outside of the Leaf Village…

Kiba, Leon and Seth are out, Kiba and Akamaru both followed the scent of the people that took Kaminari. Passing through a thick forest. Kiba knew the people as he informs to Seth of who they are. “Hey Seth, I think you are familiar with the two people that are responsible of taking Kaminari. (Seth listens) There are two and both are from your village of the Sound.” Said Kiba. “Kabuto and Katsume?” was all Seth blurted out. “Yea them, but there’s another and the scent of this one is bad. Like the smell of rotting corpse.” Said Kiba. Seth knew whom he was talking about. “Udahkishmaru!” said Seth as he began to speed up. Leon was familiar of the smell and Udahkishmaru. “Udahkishmaru has the ability of stealing other people’s souls & using their bodies. His main jutsu & Taijutsu is sealing and often preventing women to ever bear any children. I know this in the past as a kid; he killed a lot of our people in our village and left 3 selected women never to bear children. There were 4 that he ended up taking the women using them as slaves, in his sick way trying to have them bear his kids, but never succeeded. If none could bare him the child… he absorbs their body.” Said Leon. Seth didn’t need to say much. He knew half of what he read from Kaminari’s note in her picture frame, and that she must have been sealed by him or his worst thoughts of Kaminari …he did not dare to think that far a head.

   
Kiba looked over to see that Seth was speeding up; Kiba & Akamaru picked up on the strong scent. All three stopped to see only the two. Kabuto and Katsume. Seth placed his hand on the tree clawing it. Basically he has the ability of locating just where Kaminari and… that bastard are going by the vibration of the ground. His nose even picked up on Kaminari’s perfume that she wore. The smell of Kaminari’s favorite perfume Glamorous. It was slowly starting to fade. Kaminari wasn’t moving. “Seth we will handle these two, go!” said Kiba who knew what Seth had found and wanted to kill. Seth took off, but Katsume got in his way throwing her chakra needles at him. Seth dodged them, Summoning the Persian Python that was once Lilith’s pet come up and coiled its body around Katsume. Seth passed her, only to be stopped by Kabuto. Kabuto came in for an attack his hands are blue and glowing. Seth didn’t have time to deal with him. Seth smirked at Kabuto, Seth fingernails formed and formed together into a wide Kunai and aimed it at the last minute at Kabuto. He stopped but it was too late as Seth sliced across 3 times at him. Kabuto never even saw the weapon, nor knew how fast Seth really was. Seth knelt down to Kabuto’s level where he looked at him eye to eye. Kabuto had no idea what he had planned. A wide smile was on Seth’s face, out of the blue Seth’s K-9’s held poison and shot his venom at Kabuto’s eyes. “Augh…WTF? My…my eyes!” yelled Kabuto taking off his broken glasses and tried to use his healing medical jutsu on himself to prevent any further damage Seth did to his eyes.

Seth takes off going after Udahkishmaru. Both Kiba and Leon were stunned to see that the two were left helpless. Kiba laughed. “Man, this is almost too easy, well Leon what shall we do now?” asked Kiba. “Drown them both?” said Leon. “Oh, never mind… looks like Katsume fell for the illusion trick. Get ready!” said Kiba. The two get into their fighting stance.

Seth passing through the thick forest, using his heat index jutsu and locating on where both Kaminari and Udahkishmaru are. Seth came in the clearing and saw Udahkishmaru ready to take Kaminari’s body absorbing it into his. Seth realized that Udahkishmaru was near his limit and possible last legs even death. Seth prepared a few hand signs, his final sign and using his chakra He disappeared, and reappeared right behind Udahkishmaru. Seth using his left hand hit Udahkishmaru with his sharp claws giving him a nasty uppercut. Upon hitting him, 33 black souls escaped from different areas of his body. **Just how many souls and bodies did he take? And for how long?** Seth began to ask himself how much beating he had to do and if there was anyway he could just destroy Udahkishmaru.

Seth attacked over & over, leading to nearly nothing. He grabbed his Kitana, now into his left hand he was preparing to attack, but instead Udahkishmaru attacked Seth. Dodging the attacks with his Kitana. He saw an opening and a flaw move that Udahkishmaru did, Seth took the once chance into destroying him. Udahkishmaru knocked Seth’s Kitana out of his hand, and hit him hard enough to be thrown back ending up hitting the tree hard enough to break his ribs. Seth went to get up, but stopped his body was racked with pain, coughing up blood, even his lungs left like they were punctured. Seth’s vision was blurred his body was failing him.

Udahkishmaru stood over Seth, just before he was about to deliver the fatal blow. Someone behind him cut him in half, no he was cut in to several pieces! Udahkishmaru looked too see who did this to him. It was Kaminari. With her Twin swords, double bladed swords in each of her hands. The Souba! Kaminari’s swords were smoking and the blades to both of her Soubas gleamed in the sunlight. Udahkishmaru’s body fell on the ground in different areas.

Off the distance both Kiba & Leon are making their way to see if Seth needed any assistance. Only to stop and See a girl with her odd looking swords out, and appeared she won the battle. Kiba was the one who spotted Seth on the ground and not moving. “Is that…Udahkishmaru dead?” asked Kiba. “It is dead…now… see all of the mass of black souls leaving the body? Even Udahkishmaru’s body is getting smaller despite of being sliced into pieces.” Said Leon.

Kaminari placed her two swords back into the sheathes and saw the two guys coming her way. Kiba headed to Seth. “Leon, come here and help me carry Seth back to the village!” yelled Kiba. Leon didn’t even had time to say anything to Kaminari, as he rushed over to assist Kiba lifting Seth’s arms around their shoulders. “We need to head back to the Leaf Village ASAP! We have to rush him to Tsunade!” said Kiba. Kaminari as much pain as she was in, she hid it as much as she could as she followed the guys back.

Back in Konoha… and in the Hospital…

Kaminari collapsed on the floor; Shizune went over to assist her, while the three guys followed Tsunade into the room where Tsunade would begin working on Seth ‘s injuries. Kiba and Leon left the room and saw that Kaminari was gone. Just as they were going to see a nurse, Kakashi ran into them both. “Shizune has Kaminari in a room right now, no need to get all hostel or riled up; what ever she has Shizune will take care of it.” Said Kakashi.

A Day rolls by…

Leon and Kiba are in the waiting room. Kiba was sound asleep Leon sat on the hard floor knees up and his head resting on top using his arms like a pillow. Ino walked into see where Leon was, only to hear from Kakashi where he was. She saw Leon sitting on the floor asleep; she walked up to him and placed her hands on Leon’s head. He slowly began to wake up, looking up to see Ino knelling down in front of him. “Hi Leon, how is Kaminari & Seth doing?” asked Ino with a small smile on her face. “Last time I heard was that Seth was ok, but would never listen to Tsunade’s instructions on getting rest. He persisted on to see Kaminari’s condition. As for Kaminari she’s ok I think…that Udahkishmaru did something to Kaminari. I don’t know what it is but obviously it’s bad.”

“Well, come on…its time you need a break.”           
Leon cringed. “OMFG…I think…I think I’m stuck & I no longer feel my ass.” Said Leon laughing while painfully trying to get up. Ino assisting him up. The two walk out of the Hospital and headed to her place. Leon was still sluggish and tired. His chakra levels are really low even his vision was starting to blur. Ino was informed earlier from Kakashi letting her know of what went on and what took place then. Ino wanted to make sure that Leon had more rest.

Arriving at Ino’s place Leon was on the edge of passing out. The two barely made it to Ino’s bedroom. Before she could tell Leon to lie down…he crashed on her bed and was out like a light. “Sheesh, We’ve made it just in time” said Ino as she sat on her oversized pillow and rested her arms on the edge of her bed. Soon she too fell asleep.
