#79 - Paperverse Item
Draw or write about your character with a Paperverse item. Are they bragging about an achievement? Spending time with a familiar? Perplexed by a scrap item?

*eyeing the entire small tree Hal had uprooted to use as his training weapon* "Well. Your mask is supposed to provide some protection, isn't it?"
"Yeah, when it's on."
"...Are you going easy on me?"
"Do you want to be whacked with a small tree?"

Item depicted: Dragonbone
Scap probably got it from Paiko's treasure closet during the time he was staying there. It's a bone - what's he supposed to do, not take it with him? It felt perfectly right in his hands, and some muscle memory from long ago resurfaced with a couple of swings and jabs. Wonder if one could craft a weapon out of this?
(Anything can be a bonking stick if wielded correctly.)

Your posing has been really good lately so expressive even when wearing masks (I gotta take a lesson from you when I draw Prim again
Thank you >v< (I completely used a reference for Scap's pose, it started out as an anatomy practice and then I decided to use it for the CD)
I have this phase that resurfaces every so often for drawing characters that wear masks/helmets (usually when I'm tired of drawing faces hahaaa) - I'm no expert, but I probably have a whole bunch of examples ^-^
(yes I have appeared from the void after months XD)

(Aa thanks Neo, uno reverse you, I want to draw epic, expressive poses like you do ^-^)
(and i'mma hit you with another uno reverse and a +4, change it to red, and get you back with the fact that your poses are already so expressive and I aspire to foreshorten like you >:3 )
(Aaa most of my foreshortening is fake-it-till-you-make-it - or in this case, shade it >< I'm saving my Wild Card to throw on you another time
