The Adventure of THE ADVENTURE GUILD: To Save a Fellow Guild Mate

Hotpop tried to gather as many folks as she could, but all she could muster was Dead Hood, Paiko, Varick, Laz, few folks who even heard of Labi-GX23. But Gabi seems very serious about this, he seems to be all in on this, a mission not to save a guild mate, but a friend. Hotpop tried to skim over the laser disc video she saw, and just boiled it down to just, Labi is in trouble and needs to be rescued. The hope for more folks' squash, but at least some folks stand up, that hope is gone, but she hopes these folks are strong enough. 

Hotpop make a general plan for the attack from what she learns on the laser Disc, wishing to make this quick and easy since they do not have the time to draw all the offense to them, However Dead Hood seem to be getting more nervous, rolling her gloves hands over each other's as her eyes dart about. A few steps back and she bolted to the door much to the team surprise, Hotpop sigh as this complicated the issue more, now they have LESS manpower for this task. She started to think she was beating a dead horse here, is the rest of the guild mate do the same for all their members or just the one they like MORE? Kind of lead to her wondering if she was in Labi position, would anyone try to save her. 
 
Paiko and Gabi voice snap her out of her depress thoughts and she smile. Okay, yeah, there are some folks willing to help, that is the important part. She fought beside Laz before in Avangard, so she trusts them in a fight, And Varick is an awesome tailor that is true, but being a great tailor does not make one a guild mate, so she sure when push comes to shove, the guy a beast on the battlefield. She knows little of Gabi, seems a bit fancy in his posture, but his burning look to save Labi seem to rival all of them, she be a fool to get in his way. Paiko however? She sure the guy seen worse or such, but his child like demeanor makes her worry to drag him into a situation that can break that facade, if it was one. 

Hotpop turn on her wrist computer as it displays a halo mapping, she can make out on the video. There is a blind spot of course, old fashion video lacks dept reading and such as new reader do, she had to manually work this out herself by hand with a program. Took her a bit and the Halo map was not able to not everything but what they gather is, it half way across this bit lab to where Labi body being kept...or as Hotpop tell the team, where she being held...yeah...Hotpop did not wish to tell them that it seem the creature on the Laser Disc was taken her apart and sealing her pieces in a jar, why she feeling a bit iffy of having Paiko with them. They are retrieving a corpse. 
 
Once everyone was ready, Hotpop set up the Tainted Tanker and the swirling portal started to swirl into life with crackling energy, just the feeling makes one feel like they are watching a mad scientist in their lab as Hotpop lead them into the lion den. The motion sickness aside, the portal was like any other portal, though Laz made sure Paiko was okay while Gabi seemed in a hurry to get Labi back, not that he pushy about it but it was clear he wanted to save his friend and beat up her abuser. Remind her of a few of the officers from her home world during the Monster Race Right times. 
 
The place seem empty, the table is empty and there a few jar of glowing substance, Gabi seem to know who glowing fluid that is, and While Hotpop refuse to think too deeply of all the ways how one can tell the different of a creature glow, Labi does have an interesting glow that not as too common she seen thus far. While the party moves on, Paiko sees some crystal shiny, eyes widen at the crystal...it like nothing he seen before. its shape. its color changes drastically depending on how you turn your eyes to see it against the lights... So Shiny...reach out to snatch it. If it was not meant for him, it would not be in his reach, right? Here little crystal, not safe to be alone, stay in Paiko pocket for now. He quickly catches up with the party. 

As they move on, an oppressive force seems to press onto their minds, like a mind that exists without a body, or perhaps this entire realm is the Body of this mind. Whatever it trying to say, it lost on them, when suddenly two white like birdish figure materialized before them. Hotpop moves to action to coil around them, sure she no constrictor but limit their movement is better than nothing, however when she did that, they turn to mist as Hotpop start to gasp and cough. This horrible gasp, this horrible sensation...sedative...numbing of mind and body before surgery... 
 
Hotpop tried to warn them, but her muscle was not working right, Varick leaned over to help her up right as her body started to droop. He starts to tug on Hotpop top to get a clear shot of it, which slightly lifts it up over her chest slightly from her drooping as Varick sews an enchanted threat for Cleansing the body...a short-lived spell, but this is a short-lived run hopefully. As the enchantment takes hold, Hotpop starts to feel her numbness fade a bit, as she starts to regain her ability to get up, she pulls her shirt back down and thanked Varick. Varick of course turns to the rest of the folk to add the same, because who knows how many of these creature's they will face that may have this ability. 
 
once fixed up, Laz walks up to the seal doors, and without checking for a trap lock, jumps up to grab the handle and starts to pull it down. As he does so, two more of these white figures appear and stab him with skewer. The rest of the team ran to help as the figures were misted by the punch from Varick and the tail slap from Hotpop. They are not tough for sure, but that misting stuff is no joke. Still with skewers still through him, Laz finishes opening the door and jumps down, smiling as he pulls out the skewers and flicks them off to the side as his wounds heal on their own. He explains he is okay, he a HEARTY (Talisman) Guy and that these wounds will be fully healed soon. 

Impressed with the Imp ability, most were still not willing to test how far to see how Laz can go as a meat shield. Before the rest of the team can react, Gabi runs into the room where he suddenly gasps in horror. Hotpop should have expected that, she told Paiko to wait out here and let them know of more enemies come around then enter the room with Laz and Varick behind. On a massive shelf, in jars filled with Ethanol was separate parts of a cut up Labi, Yeah, Hotpop was prepare for the worst, but by the Sun of an Unforgiven God, she was not preparing for this.  

Gabi reached for the jar that has the head of Labi, holding it to his chest. The rest of the team was not too pleased to a various degree, this was barbaric, and even that was putting it lightly. Laz decided to pick up the jar with the hand and lightly tap it with his finger, he nearly drops it when the finger tapped back though it causes the disembody hand to spin about in the jar of fluid. He announces it to the team as Gabi pauses and looks at the Head in the jar in his arms to see Labi blinking up at him and smiling. 

Gabi quickly has an idea, quickly telling folks to get the jar down and pull out the body parts. While Varick offers to sew her back together, it seems pointless as when a part gets close to the register parts, the green flowing inside starts to stretch like viny roots and connect, dragging the limbs back together. Soon the fully together Labi-GX23 was whole as she grabbed Gabi and hugged him tightly. Cheerful thanks were thrown about, but Varick had to break it up, not feeling comfortable staying in enemies' space for long, they can celebrate back home. 

Sadly, Labi was having trouble moving, her body getting used to being rebuilt all over again, but Gabi was there to help her as the team left the room only to find and wall has blocked their escape route. Paiko was under a table admiring his crystal stone happily. Hotpop ask Paiko why he did not mention the wall and he confusingly return the question by saying that she told him to let them know if more enemies arrive, not if wall come. Hotpop cannot say much about that. 

Though as if on cue, the white figure starts to appear, some with surgical tools and some with alien devices unlike anything they can dream of that any typical doctor should consider using. Varick Smile as he pulls out his violin, as pull over the strings with his bow, fire spark and stomp on the floor. He calls for Laz and Hotpop to back him up, as the two move behind Varick as Hotpop summons forth her plasma serpents and Las empower Varick with his flames. 

Varick mane and tail burn into blue and purple flames as Hotpop Plasma serpent bled in Varick color as well as White and Gold. Varick watches the white figures and smirks with confidence as he announces to them to enjoy the show, then starts to play the song. Ripping through the air was bolt of flames, Gabi help Labi to Hotpop then move to Laz as Gabi fuse his Sky to Laz fir to erupt in Lighten blast, as canister and tools holding by the Figure get destroyed as the figure fade into mist. 
 
Labi pushed her element the best she can to Hotpop as the plasma serpent begin to rain bolt of metal blades from if mouth, and at the center, the star of the show, Varick lash out strings of flaming whips, sharpen needles at the end as it pierces the figure. 
 
they keep fighting as they seem to be no end, but the number seems to get smaller with every other respawn...then it stops. The team breathed a sigh of relief as Laz eyed Paiko who was under the table the whole time with glow rock. As he was going to confront Paiko, the hospital room shook as a massive white figure appeared, the figure loomed over them 30 feet tall and seemed tougher than the rest they fought. 
 
Paiko did not seem to notice as they talked to the crystal as they pet it, but the rest looked up with nervousness...most of them were getting tapped out after everything. More so Labi who was drained after being cut to pieces, Gabi and Laz are not as great in element control, but Gaby still has his flora bombs. Varick did not wish to draw too much deed into his resolve and Hotpop was starting to lose her glow from burning her radiation reserve. The figure moves as the team stands ready. 

Paiko announces to Giggle to have their revenge as they throw the crystal at the big white bird like figure...the crystal buries into the figure as the world vibrated and quake. This would be the best time to escape if not for that darn wall. The echoing sound of explosion and cannoning going off is heard as the world starts to warp a bit. Varick paused a moment as he heard the music that was playing when the Valkyries took flight. Suddenly the wall exploded as in come a tank and a crackling Dead hood blasting everything in sight and the Drunk Mozza driving like this is a road trip across the country! 
 
Seeing a bigger target, Dead Hood takes aim and blasts it several times until it fades into mist. As she looks for a new target, the Tank breaks down as Mozza pouts. Dead Hood wonders if they can take the gun but it breaks apart too and sighs...Varick the one that snaps out of this shock first and motions the team to the exit! 

As the team went, Paiko stopped and looked back where the crystal was as it flew back to him...a moment a windy little creature with wings was on it before it returned to being a shiny crystal. Paiko smile and pocket Giggle and follow the team! With the tank entering, the unstable portal weakening more. they lunge in and it was enough to shrink the portal down before slowly closing fully. Sitting there, shocked at the adventure they had, all while Labi nuzzled each of them in thank you for saving her. 

Paiko soon moved to some place alone after the team celebrated and pet the crystal.... hearing the crystal giggle at the petting.
