Submisions: Wait... what now?

Prompt #2 "Explore the Mystery. How did such a large creature stay hidden for so long? Has it always been here? Draw or write your character exploring the swamp, and hypothesizing where it came from or why it’s here now."

 

"...This shouldn't happen! This can't happen! Better yet, why does this always happen!? And to me!? Again!" Aza, understandibly, is very stressed confused and concerned about the large creeeeture that had recently surfaced out of nowhere. He's been wandering around the swamps on his own, trying to make sense of it all. There has to be some reason for it's sudden appearance right? Surely there is something behind this, maybe something malicious? If that's the case does he really have time for this!? He could just leave, but that would only stir more guilt. No, he needs to find the bottom of this endless bag of beans or he'll have nightmares about it for weeks. Maybe, just maybe, there might be more clues around where the creature was first spotted? Yes that does make sense, Aza takes a deep breathe and slaps himself in the face a few times. Standard proceedure in getting moving and all, time to get to work.
