#39 - Scars

Draw or write about scars your character has, whether physical or emotional. How did they get them? Where are they? If they don't have scars what was their most dangerous injury?

"Paiko, how come we never see your other eye?"

"... it's a long story."

Poor drakon, beaten and battered and bruised every day. But due to the repeated-reset nature of his old time loop, he would always heal by midnight, to start the cycle fresh again.  

The day he was taken out from his reality, however, ceased all restorative effects of the time cycle. The latest injuries he sustained would be a part of him from that point on, as a reminder of the past he wanted to leave behind.

(The discoloration of his right eye, however, was not caused by the scar. That's a tale for another time.)

Left: A drakon-ish Paiko when he used to look a bit more like his old self, less than two weeks after he was rescued. 

Right: The vision in his right eye is somewhat impaired - for more reasons than one - so keeping his hair covering that side of his face doesn't really impact his ability to see. His main reason for keeping it covered? He doesn't want to explain the scar to every single person who asks. Though he never accounted for the fact that people still ask why he's hiding it in the first place.

The quality is not as crisp as I would've like it to be -^- Some pixels decided to jump ship on the way from phone-to-PC processing. Might be best if you don't scroll in too far. In fact, you could probably view this from very far away as to not see all the grainy stray marks, yes, that should be fine hehe ^v^
