  Background story (universal):  

Illmenor is the younger brother of Virmenor Stillvale. They have both had a comfortable life, but both have been experiencing their parents wrecking themselves daily to provide the two an easy living. The brothers had always been competing ever since who would make it big and carry in the gold for their parents. As naturally attracted to the occult as they both are, Illmenor dives deeper into the studies.

He decided to leave home earlier to seek for the lacking knowledge for both his own satisfaction, and to explore the biggest, yet undiscovered secrets that are hidden behind powerful spells of any sort. Magically enchanted doors, traps, all that prevents the restricted from entering the valuables. Illmenor, like his brother, Virmenor, is equally driven by the thrill. And what thrills him the most is the danger involved with each of his missions.

The focus of Illmenor's research is mostly fixed on that of necromancy. During his missions, there are rarely people joining him to share that mutual thrill for the unexpected. Luckily, undead servants can arrange this. Where his brother would specialize in animalistic skeletons, Illmenor seeks out abandoned skeletons, and gives them new purpose. He dresses them quite fancy and gives them awkward nicknames. After all, tombs and underground chambers are to be raided in style!

  Background (PaperDemon):  

One day, his brother Virmenor had been reading about alternative realms and had been doing his research in order to enter it. He had shared this information with his younger brother, Illmenor, who also did his part on the reading. It hadn't happened often that they cooperate and not focus on competing. With the great teamwork, especially on Illmenor's side, the brothers were able to find the necessary materials to open up a portal for traveling. They had not a single idea if there would be a way back out again, however, they are optimistic and ignorant fools, so the thought hadn't crossed their thrill-driven mind. As the portal appeared in the dark basement, they both gathered their belongs and companions, and they entered.

They found themselves in a brand new environment, where the brothers immediately separated to explore. What of necromancy will this place hold for them to discover?

They signed themselves up at the guild for their own selfish needs. It was knowledge and a steady income. As newcomers to an unknown world, they would need to focus on getting closer enough to other people in order to make them speak of those thrilling horrors. In Illmenor's case, he wishes to learn everything about the fauna of the environment and its many, sinister secrets. And since the brothers only have each other, they'd sometimes spend time together to maintain their skeleton creatures with weekly bone polishing.


  Tendencies for cooperation (Collaborations):  

Illmenor is a fairly social individual, who loves it to spend time with people. He's often out on the look for adventure and exploration of abandoned or secretive locations. He loves a good thrill, if there is danger involved with the mission, he would love to join and assist the others. The elf is usually seen with his skeleton minion, nicknamed "Snowflake", a skeleton dressed in a black suit and a hat. In combat, Snowflake uses a bow, just like his master. There are exceptions to the rule, however, he can be seen without him when the necromancer tasked him with different jobs. Snowflake is the only skeleton which Illmenor can send commands to from a bigger distance.

He is a high energy individual with a lot of positivity to carry with him. Illmenor has enough optimism for three, but it usually comes with a sense of recklessness. For he is used to a lot of misfortune during his adventures, the elf is quickly to just laugh it off and move on. He's fairly difficult to intimidate, but he does prioritize some level of success and survival when it comes to situations. Unlike his brother, Virmenor, he is sooner to withdraw from a force that is too strong for him to handle.

He is very physical in a sense where he'd casually wrap his arm around others to drag them along with his excitement, and is also equally used to physical rejection in shapes of violence. Even then, he just laughs it off. Besides that, Illmenor has a playful flirty attitude to him which he uses especially around the ones that can least handle it. Just to play with their reactions a little. He often means little with it, unless the other shows interests that align with his.

Illmenor is a skilled individual at stealthy missions, his many previous pacts and deals with various of entities has provided him a good number of skills, such as to merge in the darkest of shadows and to become invisible for a limited time, or to read all the text that he touches, regardless of language. They are translated to him in mind, and the purple flames that give unlife to various of skeletons and zombies. He needs to refuel his minions with his mana over a certain time, the less he has around, the longer their fuel will last for motion. The more motions they make, the more fuel they take, and with that, his entire mana. These purple flames are cold by the touch and may drain those, who come in contact, their mana and/or life force.

Illmenor can behave like a capable archer and necromancer in one moment, but become the biggest lunatic in just moments of time around his special interests. This, to a point of irrationality and absolute recklessness. As for his skeleton minions, he never kills people for them, instead, he collects stranded skeletal remains until he can complete the shape of a body. These, he gives nicknames and a good looking attire. He treats them like real people and allows them freedom of expression. Every few times in the weeks, he can be found at places that matches bars and taverns to play card games with them.
