Prompt 1: Rainbow Pools - Show your character enjoying one of the Rainbow Pools.
Stella hasn't seen Lara for weeks, not even when she was last spotted committing such devious acts. She jumped through every dimension to look for her. She even asked the locals about her whereabouts, but none of them had seen a woman with black fiery hair and a corrupted unstable body. She almost gave up on the search, until she hears a voice.
Someone was talking to themself, then was humming after.
She took a peek at the source of the sound, only to find a familiar face. Stella sees the Final Drifter herself, gently massaging her own body to keep her muscular systems in tact and stable. However, her legs seem to be doused, exposing the corruption coating it. She pondered if she should come out, but the Final Drifter had already sensed her presence.
"Don't be shy," says Lara.
Stella responds, worried, "Why are you even here?"
"Oh, I missed swimming in the water. I wanted to find a nice pool to dip my feet and body, and even take a swim for once. But I couldn't find the perfect place of solitude other than these paint-like pools."
Lara reaches her hand out to carry Stella without falling into the water and making an artistic mess of herself. As she climbs to her palm, she gently carries her to the spot where she was relaxing. After adjusting her body for the right posture to place the human in her hand, she puts Stella right on her abdomen, making her get the warmth from her plasma body.
"How are you, sweetie?" Lara asks Stella.
"What is on your mind right now?"
"Something about my magic."
Lara looked at Stella with a gentle smile. She would caress her hair to calm her troubles in her absence. She rests her hand on her stomach, before breathing gently and relaxing in the rainbow pool.
Then she breaks the silence between them.
"You can tell me anything, my dear."
"Do you think I can really control all liquid?" asks Stella.
"To what extent?"
"... Is there even 'space water'?"
"Ah, you mean the primordial sea - the source of all of creation. It is an impersonal force of nature that carries everything you need to create existence itself. If you master your powers long enough, you might as well end up like me, a true master of the seas."
"But you control the unstable spark of creation."
"Did you forget that I have possession of the Drifter gear that controls the very heavens themselves?" Lara chuckled at Stella's statement.
"You don't have to worry about them. It's my personal responsibility to retrieve them all as soon as possible, so these godly artifacts won't fall to the hands of the irresponsible, the arrogant, and the greedy. All Drifter armory and weaponry should be mine, but I am more than proud to see you and your goddess friend harness their cursed powers."
Stella then sighs, taking Lara's advice about mastering her powers.
"Will you teach me the secret of my element?" Stella asks Lara.
Lara smiled at her. "Gladly. Why do you ask?"
Without a second thought, Stella responds back confidently and determined:
"I want to know the secrets of your kind."
Did some serious stuff, then some career hunting. At this time, it's a gamble of fate, but my artistic skills and passion for music have been growing.
Oh, and I just decided to stop sulking out of fear of Lara's complex design and just keep drawing her evolved form as the Dayosa.
