Encounter with the Godspawn Battle Challenge
Prompt #2. Draw or write about your character in the sinister home of Godspawn.
The idea for it came from the Cthulhu theme and its more mysterious, rather than horrifying aspects. I've based the colors on the underwater environments (the columns were a bit like kelp in my idea), while the interior of the house was supposed to look impossible, not like what you'd expect from a house, but more like something you'd find in R'rlyeh.
The image works upside down too.
---
Stepping into the home of Godspawn, Bertrand and Rigmor soon found out that the house is much bigger on the inside than on the outside, its interior appeared belonging in another dimension. The rooms didn't follow the conventional rules of physics, however they are going to find their way around this labyrinth eventually.

I love how you designed the home of Godspawn!! I also find it cool how it works upside down too!
It was quite fun working on it, rotating the canvas upside down to draw one character and then back to draw the second one.
And then it won't take long until all the roads detour to where you start, and the only way forward is causing... unwarranted collateral damage?
Or in gaming terms... no-clipping?
