Love the new paint job (and screensaver hehe)! I see some stripes have been removed from her tail and legs for a more efficient design

  thank you! ♥ the biggest issue for recreating the old design were the alternating stripes with three colors to switch between. i absolutely hated doing it, hah. there was a lot of unnecessary detail, since it wasn't made with an OC in mind. this one honestly looks even more nightmarish to reproduce, but at least for me, it isn't. no more color switching for at least a half of the coloring process. 😂

  Aha yes, I've also discovered once I start actually coloring my characters, I have to be mindful of what palette/pattern I use for them - especially if I draw them a lot ^-^' That's awesome that you're finding a design that's simpler to reproduce but still stays true to her character!
