First Interview with Nekomori: Interview

Aether- er… Nekomori entered the room, spotting Y/N in a chair. They motioned for Nekomori to sit down and that’s what he did, pulling out the adjacent chair and taking a seat. “So, what’s this for? The name’s Nekomori, by the way. I’m new here.” he said, providing a friendly smile. Y/N asked if there’s anything that Nekomori holds dear to them. It can be something that is sentimental, magical, or in some way meaningful to your character. It's not required, but many adventurers who journey to these different worlds keep their Portal badges on their talisman as a way to showcase all of the places they've journeyed to.
“Hmm… something meaningful to me?” Nekomori said. “Well, it’s hard to pick just one thing, but if I had to pick something, that’d be the rune I use to change and keep my different shapes.” he said, pulling it out of his fluffy tail. It was flat like a slab, having sides of uneven length. In the middle of the rune was a square-shaped symbol, glowing softly with otherworldly energy. “I found this in the void where I’m from.” Nekomori said, putting the rune back into his voluminous tail.
“I’d like to not go into too much detail about how I found it, where I found it, and what exactly it does, because um… I don’t really know its full capabilities yet.” he chuckled, scratching the fur on the back of his head. “But other than my rune, my journal is very important to me. I’ve logged all the worlds I’ve been to in my journal.” he said, pulling the leatherbound book out of his satchel. “I also like to sketch in it from time to time. Nothing too special.” he let out a laugh, his expression lighting up on the visor of his face.
“But ‘Portal Badges’? I don’t think I can put them on a stone slab, but I think I’d be able to fit them on the cover of my journal.” he said, putting said journal back into his satchel. Y/N said that Nekomori hasn’t said enough yet, and he let out a sigh.
“Umm… okay then. What else is meaningful to me?” he asked himself, tapping his chin as he thought for a good while. “Oh! I know! I have a lot of things stored in my tail. Think of it like… a hammerspace.” he said. “I have lots of things stored there. Kinda need to organize it soon. But I have small knick-knacks and shiny rocks and artifacts from all the different worlds I’ve visited!” he beamed, a grin displayed on his visor. “I also have… let me see. Snacks, books, books, more books, papers… lots of papers.” he continued thinking, trying to remember what all he had in his tail. 

“Oh! There’s also my Pail Nail from a place called… Hollowcrest? Hallownosk? It was somewhere around those lines.” he said, scratching his head as he let out a sheepish chuckle. “Well, that should be everything. I enjoyed this ‘interview’ type thing, and I look forward to the next one!” Nekomori said, grinning.
