The Journal of Knil: A New Land: Entries #11-#15

Entry #11-New Season, Day 1, Year 0.

I have no idea what day it is, what season it is, or what year it is. All I know is that yesterday, or at least it was in my Land, we camped in the Village Kingdom, and this morning we jumped through the vortex, along with our protecting Air Elemental. So I am calling it the first day of the New Season of the first year. All we can see around us in stars and red earth beneath us. Right when we got through the vortex and got to our feet, we meet the most unusual of creatures that we thought would destroy us. All he said to us was to not attack him as it was useless and he wanted to see me, the leader of the band of people who entered the Time Warp as he called it. He also said that he had created the Time Warp to allow the passing through of his troups, the goblins. Then he noticed the Air Elemental Dragon, Dragar. He said that we were very skilled to tame the beast by disenchanting his magic. When he called me over he told me that if I joined his army he would help my people settle in the Land of Paradise, a land that I never heard of. He told me it was no lie and showed me the portal to which he would allow my people to travel. He showed what was through the portal, a dense forest. He said as he was showing me the place that he would help my people settle by giving them all of the resources required to make a Kingdom. He even used the word "Kingdom" which surprised me at the least bit, because that is what we call our towns. I agreed and now we are in the forest putting back together our Kingdom fo Dravencale. I hope that I am not making a foolish decision siding with the beast, but I need to have my people in homes. Tomorrow he wants to talk with me.

Entry #12-New Season, Day 2, Year 0.

As I talked with the beast, who revealed his name to be Agahnim, he told me of his master, the Guardian, who was sealed in the Sacred Realm along with him, and his former master. He also told me of the land that we entered into, it is called the Sacred Realm. It looks just like our Etheral Void, but he said not to worry abour names. He did as he promised, he gave my townsfolk the resources needed to create a New Kingdom. He also gave us goblins to help with the reconsturction. He told us that they were docile and only are servants to us. Then he asked me to come with him to the Sacred Realm to meet his master. I did as I was told so that there was no chaos coming from him. He also told me to come with my Dragon, he even refered to Dragar as "my dragon". He told me that all would be revealed to me when I met his master. When I did, his master was only what we call a "beholder", a being of great evil magic. I didn't disobey him either because I didn't want my people to suffer any kind of destruction as they did back home. His master told me that my dragon is a great Guardian. He told me that I should give it to him so that it would protect an "Orb of Shadows" with one of it's "Spirit Keys". I didn't understand what the "Orb of Shadows" and the "Spirit Keys" were but I understood that I had to give my dragon to him. He told me that Dragar would be sealed in the Elemental Chamber of Air, otherwise known as the Chamber of Light. I had to agree, I mean what else could I do? Our progress in reconstruction is extremely good for the first day, we got about 15% done and if this pace continues then by the beginning of next week all of us shall have homes. I stay with Agahnim though. He wants me to look over the progress from his Temple. He also told me that there was a little boy who is on a rampage destroying other villages and towns. He calls him Link. I know that somewhere in the back of my mind I know him. Like we are somewhat brothers.

Entry #13-New Season, Day 3, Year 0

Agahnim has showed me the future of the Land of Paradise, it turns out the the Land of Paradise is the Land of Hyrule, and of my Future Kingdom of Montagen. That is very strange that I would land in the Time of Beginning. Well at least I know where I am, but I don't understand why if all of this has happened why it hasn't been destroyed, I mean the Kingdom of Hyrule, if the fairy boy is destroying towns here. But I can't start to think about that as I have to make sure my Tree Town is in good shape now. Our new city will be called the Deku Tree Tops, in rememberance of our old land's Ether Guardian, Dekunal, who is also the eldar of all the Elemental Dragons. The Guardian has also trained me in combat. He showed me moves that I have never seen before. So I have started as his pupil, but he has to change himself into his human form to teach me though. I have also seen what this fairy boy looks like, and did it ever scare me. He looks just like me only lighter. After I saw him I ask Agahnim if I could have some time alone with his Orb of Seeing because I wanted to learn more about Link. He agreed and left me alone for awhile. I conjured a picture of the Guardians of the Land of Paradise, because I remembered in my history classes of my childhood of picture of a man looking just like that only with a twin, and the writing of their time. I was right with what I felt, he is the son of one of the Guardians, as am I. That is why I was brought here, to protect this land. We are brothers. Twins, in fact. Our father was that of two beings and of two personalities, one dark and one light. Even though he served as two guardians, he was one man. He protected the barriers between the evils of Darkness and Light, having to carry all of that pain for all eternity until one day he was fighting and was destroyed. I was an orphan before that though. I guess he wanted to protect me so he asked our Ancients to give me a land without Evil. They brought me to the parents that brought me up as a child, they only told me that I was an orphan when I became a teen. Now I am an adult and control a City. My destiny has been showed to me, I must protect this land from the evil of my brother Link. The balance of Light and Darkness must be fixed or else all of the land will be thrown into chaos like my Land was. I must stop the Light from taking over the Darkness. He must be stopped.

Entry #14-New Season, Day 4, Year 0.

Our town is now 45% done and still going. I am learning fast from the Guardian. He tells me that soon I may see my brother. But first he told me to travel with him to the Temple of Time. It is where I will find a source of Power that my brother thrives on. I did and I saw the Sword of Power, the Master Sword. My master, as I refer to him now as he has asked me to, tried to pull the sword out of the Pedestal of Time, but it wouldn't budge. So I tried and it slipped out of the stone. I gave it to my master and he told me to destroy it in the name of the Guardian, as he was only disguised as the Guardian. I told him that he was the only one who helped me so far so he should do it. He did and it snapped into three pieces, a wand, a necklace, and a joust. He gave me the necklace and told me to protect it with my life, and I am. He also told me of another sword that was made in Hyrule for the fabled Hero of Time, or my brother. My master told me to go there and take the sword in my brother's place so that he wouldn't have any great power to draw on. He created a portal to which I enter the Land of Hyrule. I followed my master's instructions to get to the Goron Mountain where my blade awaited me. I took it without much force because it's guardian had sand in it's eye so it couldn't see me. I returned to Paradise with my new blade, Biggoron's Sword. It's a nice blade, one that fits me. I practiced with it earlier and I saw the great power it possesses. Now I believe that I will be ready soon enough to visit my brother and show him what happens when he disrupts the balance of the world. My master said to me after my completion of his tasks that I would see my brother after a good night's rest. He also told me that I must instill fear into him, or else he would destroy the whole world. He is still a teen but he does pose a threat to me and my people. I must obey my master.

Entry #15-New Season, Day 5.

I stopped putting the year as it is useless here in this land. But I will keep the Day and Season for me. My Seasons go like this: New, Plant, Old, Harvest, Cloudy, Final. This is from the information that I got from my master about the climates and the weather around my city. I met my brother today. He desecrated a Temple in his name. My master projected me into a vision of LInk. I told Link, "Haha Link, the Master Sword has been destroyed and you will be too. There's nothing you can do about it. Haha! Even if you do find the pieces of the Master Sword you don't know the ritual to bring it back together. It's only a matter of time before I will get you. Just you wait. Wait till you get to the future. Haha!" I said that to him because I was telling him the truth, that I would stop him and that he has to see his own future as did I. I control his future because he is a fiend that wants to control the Land. All he is accomplishing is instilling chaos in the world. Later tomorrow my master wants me to test my strength against Link. He will transmute me into a character that Link trusts, Tetra, whoever that is. He told me that also I must battle Link until I have no strength left. I will. Also I asked again if I could have some alone time with the Orb of Seeing. He agreed and I researched some of my brother's "present" or at least what was his present. I saw that he has a sister named Aryal. So she is my half-sister, but she doesn't exist yet. My father also sent my brother to another time. The Ancients wanted to protect us so they separated us across time. My family is all dead, all because of the chaos streched across time, by my brother of all people. The only reason why the goblins attack us were to protect themselves from the surrounding chaos.
