Yeah, I was REALLY surprised you had such difficulty with Micfo when I never even noticed the downtime on my end, I never had trouble getting the site to load.

Had it load slow a couple of times during peak hours but other than that I was kinda shocked.

Glad to hear they're doing what I've come to see as the norm/standard for them. Bend over backwards until you're satisfied. They really get 5 stars for customer service.

Being in Customer Services myself professionally, they are one of the best I've ever come across for satisfaction.

after i switched to dreamhost i secretly felt like i was stupid to make the switch. dreamhost is crap compared to micfo on several levels. but i felt like it was too late. i already payed for a year with dreamhost and i just switched from apollo. i hate doing all of this switching. but my boyfriend talked me into going back. and i'm glad i am. they are still working on moving me to a new server.
