Born a werewolf to a Wolf Tribe Barbarian mother infected with lycanthropy, Allistair took the werewolf name of Allistdan upon coming of age.  Originating in Ruined Strathmoor on Urth, the young lad was trained in Wolf Tribe skills, Water-trained by his mother, and tutored in alchemy by Rathbone the Sage.  As a Barbarian, Allistair-Allistdan is suspicious of magic though he acknowledges its existence.  Using science before delving into full magic, the young Strathmoor Werewolf prefers a mundane and naturalist approach to adversity.

Tragedy struck the Strathmoor lycanthropes on the Night of Reckoning which hunters and mercenaries killed many in the Packs who lived balanced, Man-Beast lives under Gannon Phelan's Accord.  Allistdan lost his mother, his tutor, and many other lycanthropes he called an extended family beyond his Wolf Tribe upbringing.  Survivors of the Night of Reckoning scattered but were later rediscovered and reunited through Allistdan's efforts to rekindle Strathmoor.

Urth Portal Notes:
Urth is a fantasy planet in the third Orbit of the Urth System behind the Urth Portal opened by the wise.  Strathmoor's Urth Portal is located near the tilted Obsidian Obelisk, an ancient Druidic menhir now out of tune with the rest of the Urth.  Visitors from beyond the Urth Portal report a grim, darkened, frigid, northern city once great but now in ruination.  Allistdan seeks to rebuild his home town of Strathmoor.  It will someday be renamed to Rebuilt Strathmoor.
Other forms of travel are present to and from the Urth System.  Etherships ply the ephermeral mists of consciousness and dreams like a misty ocean between communities.  Sky ships arrive from orbit such as those from Avangard and other planets in the Urth System.  Magic on the Urth is waning but not entirely lost.
