Brief biography: Mizuku is an orphaned otter that grew up at the sea. Because of his abnormal tusks, he was teased and taunted by his peers. One day after retreating to his normal place of hiding from his bullies, he found a gem with a strange cape attached to it. There was a note attached to it saying, "Hope this helps you get out of here and venture to a place you can blossom. As he picked up the cape and put it on he started to levitate and a soft baby blue Hydrangea staff bloomed in his paws. A voice echoed in Mizuki's mind, "When you wish to mend what has been hurt, think of the Hydrangea and it will come to you."
Mizuku scurried out of the cave and ascended the skies, never being seen there again.
