Calendar Gurlz - December

Ta Da!!!! Here is the final entry in my little calendar... Miss December. And I think I definitely love her the most. I think her outfit is just adorable and her pose and expression turned out pretty dang good as well. I am definitely the most proud of this one out of them all. I hope you all have enjoyed this calendar of mine. I had so much fun doing this little project. :) All of these girls were drawn and colored using a variety of mediums such as colored pencils, fine point gel-ink pens, Mars graphic 3000 duo brush pens, and Pentel color pens. And now I am exhausted. I need coffee...:ponders:

Ooohh, this outfit is my favorite of all!! She's like a Ren-Faire Mrs. Claus! Of course no anime is complete without a blue-haired girl, and this one is beautiful.
I can't believe I didn't comment on these when you posted them (I think it might have been during the time I was left my mom's house and trying to get a job/car/place to live... ) I didn't have access to a computer for, like, a year. But I'm trying to make up for lost time here! I hope you're doing well, girl. I miss ya!

So I'll pin her down, you selotape her mouth open and we'll stick her on the roof of your car and see what flies in!

I, myself, have never been attacked by a computer, but I have been attacked by my computer desk and have the bruises on my legs to prove it. >_< I was going to do some damage to it as well, but alas, I didn't have an axe. May I borrow yours?
  As for my shortness, ahem, I prefer the term "vertically challenged" (giggles). I am actually 5 foot 3. You should put me in one of those taffy pullers and stretch me out. So with you being 6 foot 7 (by the way are you really 6'7? Because you are like extremely tall then ) then I am sure our wedding photos would be quite amusing indeed. Perhaps we can get a few of our hair critters to be the ring bearer and flower girl. As for me riding on your back like a master blaster,uh... you sure are kinky huh?

Anywhoo, thank you for the congrats on my stuff in the store. I was so excited to do that. And you know what else? got my very first commission to do illustrations for someone's book that they are writing. Isn't that cool? So I have been EXTREMELY busy with all of that artwork. Oy!   Actually, it was by someone who posts on another art site I am on. (fanartCentral) They introduced themselves to me one day and told me they liked my work and would I be interested in doing illustrations for their book they are working on and that they will pay me for my drawings that I do for it. So of course I said Yes. So they sent me all of the story material so I could start reading and get a "feel" for the characters and that's pretty much how it happened. I was so excited and quite honored considering that I never really thought my art was "good enough." I mean, I work my butt off on it, but I have never really been completely happy with the results except for maybe a couple of times. Anyway, I have to get some of the illustrations done. I put them away for a while because I needed a stress-relieving break due to an idiot who has been stalking me for the past few months. Total psycho. I will tell you the long story in a PM sometime. Anyway, must get back to work. I am so lazy. All my love. *huggles*

  The image thingy is for photos or you can use it for drawings that you don't want in the gallery. The only way anyone can get to it is through your profile page I think its pretty cool so far of course I think all the new features Susie is adding are pretty cool

  I rub you too dahling. And that was a huge pain in the butt to get this calendar out this fast. But I did it! I did it! ^^ See, the funny thing is that I had decided I wanted to make my own little calendar of anime girls and I had a million ideas going through my head of what I wanted them to be doing and whatever. And amazingly I got like 2 months drawn and inked per day. And then I colored one a day so I wouldn't overwhelm myself. And voila! Thank you so much for sticking through this little project of mine with me till the end. I rub you so much. *big squozies*

  Oh it was a HUGE learning experience for me. I wanted to try different poses in this that I have never done before. And I think for the most part I have them looking all right.   Aww, thank you sweetie. That means so much to me to know that you enjoyed it. I had such a fun time making this calendar. Definitely one of the more challenging things I have ever done. And those details on her outfit WERE a pain the butt to do. LOL I had to do the drawing (and coloring even) in different stages so as not to mess anything up. That was a pain. But it was worth the hard work because she now has an adorable outfit to wear. And she is proud to show it off too. Look at her expression... she is saying "Look at me!" All my love to you hun. *huggles*
