We do allow non-humans! No species based on real animals, however, as this is a Pokemon world, and animals from our world would not make sense. If your trainer is part pokemon or some other kind of hybrid, their face must be MOSTLY human - no snouts.
In-human ears, horns, skin color, eyes, and teeth are fine.
