How many stories have we read about Vegeta having a long lost sister or brother who some how managed to survived Planet Vegeta's destruction? As much I've love reading about Vegeta having a sister, I wish to see something new.

What if Bulma had a long lost brother who ran away from home after he and their father had a fight when she was six years old. Many years later he has return but with a slight problem. It seems that he once borrowed money (about one million zenning) from a mafia family to start his own business (quick rich scheme) that didn't turn out so good. And if he doesn't pay them back soon, they're going take a certain piece of him (major body function organ [no not that!])

So now it's up to Vegeta and Bulma to help bail him out before the mob gets him.
