Brief biography: He once was a snake oil salesman in his life, was killed by a "dissatisfied customer" and came back as a greedy ghost. He now spends his un-life as an information broker of sorts. He no longer needs money as a dead guy, so he will barter information for information or items he believes to be of equal value. Wether that value is emotional or usefulness. He's also willing to gamble for his info, but he's a high better and you might not be willing to part with what he might demand of you. All in all a complete asshole and also kind of insane. He's silly though so I forgive him.

Interestingly, Chance seems to be incredibly  close with Lazarus despite how shifty and unpleasant the ghost usually is. Yet there seems to be a strange silent wall between the two. They were both saner men when they first met after all.

Physical Appearance Description: A rather skinny man who is about 6'1" in old west clothing appropriate to the time period and world he belonged to. A large dark reddish-orange scarf, a button up orange blouse, tight pants the same color as his scarf held up by two burgundy belts one having an empty holster attached to it and some suspenders and finally he's wearing a pair of big classic old west burgundy boots. He is missing the upper half of his head from about eye level, and from his empty skull purple-yellow flame and smoke billows out holding two floating disembodied eyeballs. He's almost always floating. His hair is actually quite long, but he keeps it mostly tucked away into his large scarf. Also he has a long nose because they're fun to draw.
