Brief biography:

An astrologer originally from the kingdom lumine but currently residing in Mullark due to the royal family funding his reasearch.

He’s kindhearted, stubborn, and even though he’s one of the top researchers on his field he’s kinda stupid. You’ll often find him in his observatory with a hot cup of tea and a book he’ll never finish reading.
His eye with the star pupil is actually a form of body modification that’s common in his home country! It’s use is to identify different forms of magic, although it can only be used so often before it causes strain on his eye.
