  Background story (universal):  

100 years ago, Krulias has lived a comfortable life with a stable job as an underground reporter, interacting with crime scenes of all kinds. Until one day, he stumbled upon a big case. Eager to learn more about the case and to earn a decent coin, he found a book of Necromancy. It was likely involved and used during the case in which people have collectively passed away from something that sounded like a curse.

He grew invested with the possibilities, opened up the book during the absence of his co-workers, and globally scanned the content of the book.

Krulias learned about the ways to breathe life into the dead, control them and use them as servants of some sort. Every time he would return to resume the investigation, he would instead spend his private time to read the book rather than to concentrate on the duty. He made notes to figure out what each spell or formula meant and the required components of the text.

One day, he decided to take it along with him, stealing it away from their headquarters. He was so close to figuring everything out to a point where he would be able to use his magical abilities as desired. It caused a ruckus at work, they hired guards to protect the environment while they put everything they could in motion to find that dangerous book.

While everything seemed to work out well for him, Krulias was found, casting the art of Necromancy to protect himself from an encounter, people witnessed him taking a corpse along, and eventually they caught him red-handed; He is the one. Not only did he lose his job and connections, he was also chased out of town. He has a bounty on his head for hunters to find.

Desperate to survive, Krulias ran into a deep, distant forest and waited for years to pass for the chase to be over. He made his life comfortable, summoning the dead from their graves and turning them into his servants.

He grew obsessed with them, in need to desperately forget the loss, he takes care of them like his servants, pets or like his friends he no longer has. Cleaning them up, stitching them back up to make them look more "alive" and eventually he controlled them to build him a cottage to live in. To be served tea, get a massage or even get his laundry done. The elf has everything he could ever wish for, he wants to believe. Entirely "forgetting" about reality.

  Tendencies for cooperation (Collaborations): 

Krulias is easily excitable and enthusiastic, any moment in the company of people brings him joy in contrast to his isolated life. It does come with its side effects, such as being clingy or afraid to be alone, but he doesn't easily take that out on others. As high as he can get from the joy, the low is soon to follow when it is over. He may not show this on his face in that moment, but it is shown in his decisions and their priorities.

He is social and friendly, but somewhat on the arrogant side as he built himself an illusion that he is like noble-kind. Around him is most often his favorite maid which he names Mary, but that varies, he cannot be without her for too long as it causes his illusion to shatter, only to be replaced by reality.

Krulias is on the eccentric side, but he keeps his secrets to himself for no one to know or find out. He will never make mention as of where he obtains his servants from nor the lengths he goes through to make them seem like the living. He can be seen with interests for various of clothing, cosmetics and wigs or surgical equipment.

He's likely to help during a fight, but he prefers to stay back, battle defensively and handle the situation from a distance with magic. Mary is often send to do the hunting for him, but bigger challenges will cause him to withdraw her to avoid her from receiving any damage.

Krulias tends to get worried over people fighting as he believes their bodies are like holy temples that should not be damaged through battle. He is very obsessive with the condition of a person's physical wellbeing and is the sort of guy who would look for a cure for people their condition if he cannot magically heal these away.

While he does ask for permission to make skin contact, it remains and odd experience. Krulias is likely to get as physically close to another person as possible. This to battle his loneliness and feed his obsession as much as to feel the warmth of another presence in a platonic fashion. He loves it to cuddle with others, making friends, and invite them over to share a drink or food with.

Krulias is the sort of person that asks for permission for each thing he does to another person their person or property, similarly to how a vampire needs it to enter a location.
