Brief biography: A marvelously complex automaton crafted and given a soul by one experimenting god... doing the equivalent of throwing darts. Thrust into the world entirely without his permission, Phantom was luckily found by Feyn- a young girl with an ancient magical power. The two became fast friends and a few near-death expereinces later, he would find himself at her side, kneeled before the Elven King Merikh- knighted. He would go on to study magecraft, tutored by the King's finest mentors, and surpass them. becoming Lodestar- a title given to only the most adept sorcerer of the kingdom. For many years he fought for the crown, fought by his best friend's side in a war that never seemed to end- and then something happened. Something disastrous. 

He doesn't like to talk about his world or how it was he came to the paperverse. But sometimes he can be found glaring up at the stars- as if they were somehow to blame.

Phantom is foremost ferociously curious and insatiably thirsty for knowledge. He is also a bit of an ass. That said, you'd be hard pressed to find a friend more loyal. He may be prickly, but Phantom pours himself into the things he cares about with reckless abandon and will defend trusted allies with his life.

Now, he wanders the paperverse. Meeting new people and finding new places, all the while dreaming he could show these marvelous sights to the family he once had,,,
