Maeve’s home world was under constant threat of fey invasion. As a result, the badger was raised to be a fierce warrior to defend her homeland. On the battlefield, she wielded an impossibly large war maul to smite down her foes. That was a long time ago, though. The fey are no longer a threat. No longer needed as a warrior, Maeve got married, raised a family, and retired to a comfy cabin in the woods. Age took her eyesight and husband, but that didn’t stop the large badger from offering help and food to anyone who stopped by her home. One day, while knitting, she stood to go to the kitchen and found herself in the Adventurer’s Guild instead. Not sure where she was, Maeve was disoriented but is finding her way to being a grandma to everyone who needs one.

Maeve stands tall at six foot seven highland anthro badger with more muscles than seems feasibly possible. Just because she is retired from battle doesn’t mean she stopped keeping battle-ready. Her once wondrous golden eyes are now cloudy and dull. Most of her clothes are modest dresses with the occasional bonnet. Her favorite weapon is a two-hundred-and-fifty-pound war maul made from Fey Bane and beechwood. While she is a sweet, kindly old lady, she will fight to defend anyone she cares about. Maeve can often be spotted knitting scarves with mismatched colors and patterns or cooking food. There is a chance she will try to adopt you as a grandchild.

Oh, Looks Like I Made a Mess: Due to the size and weight of her weapons, Maeve tends to be a danger to the general environment around her. Don’t worry, she’ll clean it up.

Armor: A nice cardigan to help keep you comfortable when there is a chill in the air. Don’t want to catch the sniffles.

Weapons: Her go-to weapon is a two hundred-and-fifty-pound war maul named Sylph Smasher, made of Feybane metal. It recently received an earth pearl upgrade, making it even deadlier. She also has a massive sky-enchanted great axe named the Changeling Chopper, a giant fire-enhanced greatsword named Dyrad Dicer, and a water-enhanced beast of a spear named Pixie Poker.
