Brief biography: 

A mild-mannered surgeon with a love for nature.

He had an uneventful childhood as a shy, lonely girl in a small town within the tropical cascades of Myola. In his late teens he endured a painful and mysterious transformation. During his recovery, he moved in with a family friend who would later become his mentor.

He has difficulties in social situations. However, if a topic he loves is brought up, or one of his hobbies, (like plants or comic books or surgery), he can talk for hours.

Note: He’s from an original universe, best described as a “post-apocalyptic solarpunk utopia.”

Note 2: Obviously as a surgeon he can't randomly leave and go off adventuring. He would probably think he's dreaming. While he's gone, time would be frozen for him. Yeah.

Description: 

A hulking giant with four arms. Even within his own universe, his impossible physique inspires shock and confusion in the rational observer. And yet, he lacks an intimidating presence. Despite every other part of his body being conditioned for pure, monstrous strength, his face remains soft and gentle.

He is self conscious of his body and tends to conceal his extreme musculature behind thick clothing. He does not make much noise when he walks, besides the occasional straining of floor material under his massive weight.

The two extra arms erupting out of his back are always warm to the touch.
