Backstory : Carmilla was a normal girl before she died in a car accident, at the age of 27. She went straight to hell. They said he had sinned. She disagreed. Well, she agreed that she had done some bad things, but like, nothing too bad, and besides, everyone does. Her pleading did not convince her new bosses, and she became a demon regardless.
As a succubus, her job is, obviously, to steal the souls of mortals. She hates having to do this. The only perk of her situation is she gets to walk among the mortals and pretty much do whatever she wants as long as she meets her quotas.

About : Carmilla has a profound dislike for other demons and the debauchery they happily engage in. She does not get along with her colleagues and is rather lonely as a result. She tries to hang out with mortals to make up for it, but has a hard time establishing real connections. That will sound strange to a lot of her acquaintances, because on the surface she's a friendly and happy person who loves to drink and gossip. In actuality, she's always holding back because she doesn't want to hurt others, and she knows she can't truly love people without stealing their souls. On top of that, she has a profound distrust of men, and will avoid them as much as possible outside of work.

Powers : Actually very young and therefore weak for a demon. Can't be injured through normal means, doesn't age, can levitate one foot off the ground. Can also open a portal to other dimensions, but not on her own, and this requires a lot of paperwork. Hell's bureaucracy being, well, hell, she will only deal with it in case of emergency (like bringing the poor souls she stole back to Hell to appease her bosses).
