Brief biography: Akanthus is a up and coming fashion designer, working with beautiful laces and embroidery. People tend to avoid Akanthus due to him being a Criosphinx, a deadly mix between a goat and a sphinx, beloved by the god Hermes. Travelers often find themselves in his kitchen, a cup of wine or tea in hand and an offer of a place to sleep ready. Akanthus was isolated as a child, feeling unable to connect to other people. They veil to protect their head from the heat and flies, as well to respect his devotion to Aphrodite. They aren't rich, but he makes do with simple meals and bartered fabric. He is terrible at making fabric themself.
