Brought up in a world where rivers have run dry and smog hangs in the air like a thick blanket, where buildings scrape the sky and oil lines the gutters. This bird seems to only add to the problems of the post-modern world he lives in. Accompanied by his rider, Riot, he aids them in painting graffiti onto buildings and stirring trouble (mostly just for the heck of it). He's known to be a sadistic and sharp-tongued trickster, only showing mercy with his pranks to those he's close to.
On top of this, he's brilliant when reading other creatures, so his jabs at others may cut deep when they're interacting with him. His habit of frustrating and aggravating others often leads to sticky situations, but his large strength and size as a harpia means he can get out of said situations without much effort.

Though he is unempathetic, he tries his best when it comes to those he is close to. However, it may sometimes take him years to form bonds with other beings.

His spectacular breath ability is definitely a sight to see. Twinkling, vibrant-coloured shards of glassy ice form at the end of his breath making it a wonder to watch. Unfortunately, his habit of spitting it at anyone who crosses him makes this beautiful spectacle one that you should dread to witness.
