Aiden's latent element manifests in chemistry- specifically, water-based solutions (aka water as a solvent). Unfortunately, chemistry is slow. Here's a picture of him using his powers, and doing very very very unsafe science with them.
Listen. Can you imagine just. Being able to produce deionized water like that? And to just. Be able to manifest chemical solutions? (my grades in labs would have been so much higher.)
