I put a little too much though into the mechanics of what would the actual process of "waking up as the opposite gender" look like.  Part of it would definitely be retraining your muscles for your new body to move appropriately.  In Ceedee's case, despite waking up in a male body, she would still move like a woman.  So taking a feminine pose and drawing a male body using it was a fun exercise.  I feel like that's most of Jojo.  
As for how she'd feel and react, I think over time she could get used to it, but there would be a long process involved.
