Talisman; Simple Cloak of Stories

Higana's Talisman is a Cloak of Stories, a common cloak worn by travelling Konshu Elves in order to document travels. While the first badge is placed on the chain connecting the cloak, additional badges fill in the fabric space.

Higana has several of these for different stories he's encountered, though presentation is different between realities. A fresh reality and story calls for a fresh cloak, with some minor altercations.
