Book Of Adventures: Thundering Ruins Event Entry #1

"Join a fun new adventure they said, it be fun they said..." Panda complained softly to herself, her anxiety overtaking her on what obscene horror awaited her, two Uden's on either side of her, one more hype then the other, though all three were children.

"Oh come on, it won't be that bad! This is going to be exciting, promise Panda!" Cocoa said, clearly the one most excited for this while the other uden sighed, looking more enjoyed by the hyper nature of Cocoa. Krampus however was not convinced by by this promisem his eyes squinting softing while Pandy simply pouted, feeling offended that once again her feelings to her felt like were being invelidated or overlooked by Cocoa.

"She is very clearly uncomfortable with this, why did you convince her adoptive mother of this silly quest? There is more dragons bigger and better for this, not us." Krampus grumbled out, being the one of reason it seemed, Panda nodding aggressively to his words while Cocoa let out a long dramatic sigh at the fact his words were being put into question once again, only slightly annoyed that Krampus couldn't believe that everyone would have a good time with this little adventure.

"RIGHT! What he said!" She squeaked out, lowering her head after at being too loud, or she more likely thought she was being too loud. Krampus lowered his head after hers, softly pushing up her head as if trying to coach her that being loud was ok, or maybe trying to give her some personal confedence in a lore genle way while Cocoa's way was being out and about and experencing the world.

"Baaah, you think everything is scary, I just want to get you out your shell is all... Or... Cave really..." Cocoa said, pausing for a moment in thought before shaking his head and bounced on to the new adventure he spoke of. Panda would give a sad poud at his statement, staring to lag behind in deep thought, thinking that she was a hassle just because she liked being at home in her comfort zone, Krampus slowing her down and have a soft rump nudge which snapped her back to her senses and gave a gentle smile to Krampus, poking her back to following the clear leader, Cocoa.

"Sometimes I think either you are too dense to your own idiocy or just too nose up in the sky to realize the world doesn't revolve around you." Krampus grumbled further, his tail giving a little lash, Cocoa giving a offended gasp before pouting, his ears lowering like he was genuinly hurt by Krampus's words.

"Neither... I just wanted to bring you guys with because we always seem to miss all the fun events, I want you guys to have fun..." Cocoa squeaked out, his eyes big like Krampus really hurt his feelings. Krampus sighed, submitting to his fate.

"Fine, I'm in I suppose."

"If Krampus is in, then I guess I am too... It wouldn't hurt to see some sun anyways... Right?" Panda asked, looking to Krampus for reassurance, Krampus giving an affirming nod which made her smile. He'd smile back softly, a rare sight to behold from a stoic dragon like him but seeing Panda calm down and be more open always made him feel good as he knew the poor girl had such a crippling anxiety over anything out of her comfort zone, really it eased him to be more open as well, which in turn made Cocoa happy that everyone was agreeing to something.

 

Once there, Cocoa would almost instantly but himself into the scene trying to lead the new dragons to new homes, being something of a spokes person on how amazing this cave was and that cave was amazing because it had shiny crystals inside its interior, Krampus and Panda more tailing behind to watch Cocoa since he clearly had this covered and they were just along for the ride, the new dragons more confused then anything but amused nonetheless about the spirit of the youngster even if his friends through him an idiot. Eventually, as the day passed, Krampus would join in on helping, Panda reluctantly joining with him though really just attached to his hip more then anything. 

When moving these new dragons was not enough and some wanted comforts like food or blankets when the day started to become night, the trio would change course to give comfort, running back and forth, not realizing that they were actually helping set up a secret party they were planning ahead of time. To them they considered it a fun fetch quest and simple labor, Cocoa finding it the most fun and Krampus starting to catch on that something was up but kept his mouth shut on it as he didn't want to offend or find out he was wrong and look like a jerk for being so suspect to these new dragons. While Krampus kept quiet on his suspicions, Cocoa and Panda laughed with each other as they carried a big basket to a table, Panda talking about how much fun she was actually having and Cocoa saying he was happy she was having fun and this was his plan all along, Krampus smiling in the backgroud as he was just happy that Panda was happy....
