Nature: Chapter 1

Nature surrounds me on every side.

I glance around and I see the signs of her all around.

The birds begin singing their sweet song to the morning.

The ants from the hill begin their long journey to forage for food.

The groundhog emerges from his home and greets the sunrise.

The rustle of the leaves create a soft melody.

Fish jump from the water to kiss the sky.

Deer come out of the brush to gaze at the beauty of the day.

A squirrel scampers up to me, ever is he curious.

Winds blow my hair and kiss my cheeks ever so gently.

I see all of this, I am always amazed.

The beauty of this day and everyday baffles my mind.
