Chapter 1: Second breath
The Beautiful Clandestine princess falls within herself and only she bares witness to her ruin. The closer they get the more she loses grasp. The more they desire her demise, her exposure.
And as i hopelessly try to capture a state of mind to call my own, I desperately cling to the image in my mind that I shall someday become, but in truth I could never be further from.
How is it you expect me to collect these tears, how is it you expect me not to disintergrate, as i lay torn. As frail as a leaf cascaded from the autumn.
Princess must return within herself. Where I first loved you. So desperate to expose you that creature was. Where oh where has MY Princess gone
And all but screaming in my head she shrieks "relationships are glass, relationships are glass" And only in this moment do I understand. For relationships are glass, and once broken it is sometimes better to throw it away than to hurt ourselves putting it back together.
