Chapter 15: An Evil Plan

Suko was awakened in the morning by a small, happy cry of, "Lord Sesshomaru! I knew you'd come back!"
Suko opened her eyes and found a little girl sitting on top of the blankets on Sesshomaru's lap with her arms wrapped tightly around the Youkai's neck.
"Rin... I've brought someone to play with you," Sesshomaru said as he trailed his gaze to Suko.
"Oh how adorable!" Suko thought as she gazed at the girl. "I'm Suko," she announced cheerfully.
Rin formed a smile that took up her whole face. "I'm Rin. Are you gonna' be my new big sister? I sure hope so. It will be nice to have another girl around to talk to. Say... do you like flowers? I love flowers. And there's so many pretty ones around here. Maybe you and I could pick some later. Oh, and there's a lovely spring not too far from here. Maybe you and I could go take a bath later and..."
"Rin..." Sesshomaru interrupted.
"Yes, my Lord?"
"Why don't you go see what Jaken's up to? You can give Lady Suko a tour of the castle later."
"Okay," said the girl.
"She's so cute," Suko told Sesshomaru after Rin had gone. "Is she your daughter?"
"In a way. I saved her life when she was attacked by a pack of wolves. She's been with me ever since."
"But, what about her family? Won't they miss her?" Suko asked.
"Her family was killed long before I arrived," he answered. I have business to attend to today, so if you need anything, you'll have to ask Rin or Jaken. I'll be back by night fall," he promised as he kissed the top of her head and retreated out of the room.
Suko got herself dressed and headed outside where the sun was shining brightly down on the garden in front of her. She had never seen so many flowers growing in one place. There was a sea of colors that waved as the cool breeze blew by them.
"Suko!... Didn't I tell you there were alot of pretty flowers here?" Rin asked as she ran up to her.
Suko smiled. "You were right, Rin. By the way, have you seen Jaken?"
"Nuh-uh. He's probably still sleeping or something. Jaken usually doesn't pay any attention to me anyway."
"I guess we'll find him later. Let's go pick some flowers," Suko said as she handed Rin an extra basket.
The duo wandered around aimlessly, zipping to and fro every spray of new flower. After a while, Rin sat herself down under the shade of a tall tree.
"I'm getting pretty tired. Do you think we have enough?" Rin asked as she glanced down at her basket, which was overflowing with flowers.
"I think so," Suko chuckled.
"Let's head back then, okay?" Rin asked sweetly.
"You go ahead. I think I'm going to go look around for some berries," Suko replied.
"Okay. Just be careful," Rin said.
Suko smiled and waved to her as Rin made her way back toward the castle, which was still visible through the tree- tops.

Deeper in the forest, in the darkest area among the trees, another meeting was taking place...
"So all I have to do is mix this with his food and he'll forget all about her?" Jaken asked nervously.
"I assure you he won't remember a thing about her or their time together," replied the figure who was cloaked in a white baboon pelt.
"And you're sure it won't hurt him?" asked the frightened little imp.
The figure smiled wickedly. "I give you my word," he replied coldly as he handed jaken the tiny sachet.
Jaken took it from him with nervous hands. He turned to leave, but stopped abruptly.
"Um, Naraku?"
"Yes?"
"How am I supposed to get it in his food? That damn girl won't let me alone with him for five minutes!"
"Just go now, Jaken... I'll take care of the girl," Naraku smiled.
"But..." Jaken protested.
"Go! I'm just buying you some time," he replied.
That was enough for Jaken. He turned and re-traced his way up the path in the woods, heading back towards the castle, the tiny pouch clutched in his hand.

Suko sat down on the bank of a flowing river. Her basket was half-full of different kinds of berries. She decided she would rest here before going back to the castle. Actually, the more she thought about it, the more she liked the idea of jumping in to the cool water. It was so hot with the sun beating down on her. She couldn't even find any relief in the shade. And that water looked so inviting...
Suko didn't give it another thought. She immediately undressed (glancing around, first, to make sure nobody was watching) and jumped from the bank into the cold water with a splash. She screamed and then laughed at herself for screaming. She completely submerged herself a couple of times to get used to the cold temperatures of the water, all the while holding tightly onto a huge boulder so she wouldn't get swept down-stream.
She swam circles around the rock and stopped momentarily when she felt something brush up against her leg.
"You wuss," she laughed at herself, "it was probably just a fish." Then she dunked herself completely under the water once more.
When she emerged, she grabbed blindly onto the rock and wiped the water from her eyes with her other hand. She opened her eyes only to find that the rock she was holding on to had a man perched on top of it. He was wearing some sort of white fur cloak. Suko stared nervously at the man with the red eyes as she brought one arm over her chest to cover herself. The figure smiled at her.
"Suko... we meet again..." he replied in a monotonous voice.
"Do I know you, sir?" she asked nervously.
The man lowered himself, cloak and all, into the water in front of her. Suko gulped and tried to swim around behind the rock, but he caught her by the arm that was covering her chest.
"You know, Suko, you have such a beautiful body. You really shouldn't hide it," he taunted as he pulled her arm away exposing herself to him.
"Get away from me!" Suko screamed, trying to wiggle free from his grasp. "Let go of me!" she yelled hoping someone would hear her. All the while, the stranger with the fierce, red eyes and phenomenal strength just laughed, coldly as the pendant around her neck glowed brighter with every scream.
"How I love to hear you scream," he teased as he pulled her close to his body and forced a kiss on her lips. Suko pushed away from him with all her might. He tightened his grip around her arms, eyeing her womanly features, hungrily. Suko started to cry in frustration, not knowing what to expect from him.
He brought his nose to the side of her face and sniffed her hair above her ear. He closed his eyes in pleasure at her scent. Suko whimpered as he ran his tongue from her jaw line up to her cheekbone.
"You taste so good," he stated.
He hoisted her up on to the rock and let go of her long enough to remove his cloak. Sensing her only chance to escape, Suko tried to turn and escape from him into the water as quickly and quietly as she could.
"Ah, ah, ah," said the fiend as he grabbed her. Instead of seeing his large, muscular hands, she saw that he was holding onto her with long appendages that sprouted from his body. They looked like a cross between octopus tentacles and tree roots. Suko screamed at the sight of his ghastly appearance. Naraku wasted no time in covering her mouth with his own mouth, silencing her screams to mere muffles. Suko tried pushing away from him one last time, but gave up in defeat when his grip tightened on her even more. She let the tears fall from her eyes as Naraku wrapped a thick tentacle around each of her thighs, coiling around each one like a snake squeezing its prey.
Suko whimpered as he thrust her legs apart and slid his monstrous body in between them. She closed her eyes and tried to think of Sesshomaru, of Rin, of Kagome and Inuyasha... anything that would help her block out what he was about to do. Then she shrieked between clenched teeth as he rammed his manhood into her violently. Naraku threw his head back in ecstasy at the sound of her cries and the way she felt wrapped around him.
"I see why Sesshomaru enjoys you so much," he said to her in between thrusts.
Suko was unable to control her whimpers as Naraku violently slid in and out of her. She arched her back to try to relieve some of the pain that he was inflicting on her as he rammed into her over and over.
"Sesshomaru..." she uttered, hoping there was some way he could hear her and save her from this vile creature.
She watched him with pure hatred in her eyes as he invaded her. The sight of him throwing his head back then laughing in triumph was too much for her to bear. She closed her eyes, waiting for his finish. Then it all stopped... the pain, the laughing, everything... it just stopped. As if nothing had happened. Suko opened her eyes. The man had disappeared. There was no trace of him anywhere. No sign that he had ever been there except for the aching throb between her legs.
"What in the hell's going on here?" she wondered as she clambered back onto the riverbank. "How did he just disappear like that?" She even checked the water to make sure his body wasn't floating around anywhere. "Maybe I'm just imagining things," she thought as she pulled her kimono onto her wet body. "Nope," she answered herself as she glanced at her arm where that thing had grabbed her. The skin there was now starting to bruise. She grabbed her basket and took off running toward the castle.
