Bio:

In the sudden explosion that saw him arrive to Avanguard (See OCL Round 1), Coeur has lost most of their memory. He remembers fragments of his past life and his creator, Elini Emberbrand in… well—another world.

Coeur is a prototype in soul energy and emotional intelligence. Thanks to the amber soul stone that sits within his chest, Coeur can be considered a sentient being with emotions, wants and fears. Energy from the soul stone is channelled through fluid-filled accents along his body that glow a soft amber colour, deeper veins also run throughout his body.

Kind and selfless, Coeur has not fully grasped what these emotions are, but he does experience them and he tries his best to be sociable with others. Elini Emeberbrand, Coeur’s creator, is very proud of her boy, and both creator and machine work to fulfil an ongoing social experiment to see if Coeur can be considered emotionally intelligent. A true artificial intelligence.

However, the soul stone that gives Coeur these emotions is not wholly without issue. Something yet remains within it, something dark and purple. From time to time, the amber accents Coeur has along his body turn a deep purple. The being that resides within is cunning, disruptive, and potentially very evil.

The last thing Coeur remembers before he arrives in the paperverse is being shut down by a close friend, Bora, after the Purple entity within him starts to gain control over the powerful body Coeur inhabits. Fearing for the safety of his friends and Family, Amber Coeur asked to be shut down until Elini could fix the problem with the Purple entity. Whether Elini succeeded or how Coeur was brought to the paperverse first is unknown. The other issue is the unorthodox way this machine came to the paperverse. From an explosion between a vampire and his black gauntlet, Amber has many, MANY questions…
