First Frost

It frosted over last night!

First frost of the season, I'm happy to see it.  I love colder weather, because then I get to start using my fireplace, which I love to pieces.  I love to sit in front of it with Kurt with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and just talk.  Maybe draw, watch TV, sit with the dog (Doober) and cat (Kuu.)

I have some request pieces to work on as well, some original character art as well as Wicked art and Narnia art.  I'm happiest when I have request art to do, because I love to give art as a gift.  I love feeling like others want my art.  So I think today I'm going to start a fire in the fireplace and work on my request pieces.  What a great way to spend a Saturday!
