Overall, an incredibly useful fruit. This one fruit features 3 flavors depending on how you eat it. The flesh is grated and used in drinks as "Lemon Zest" capturing the flavor of the lemon without the sour of the flesh, mildly sweet. The white rind beneath it is the Pith and if this is grated it's very bitter. The inside as everyone knows is incredibly sour. While not a snacking fruit, it's hard to debate it's value. Pairs incredibly with fish and chicken.
