Description of Error:

The column where my DA username is (or should be), has somehow been replaced with some of my companions.

Please remove them from there, and put my DA username (it's also Ravenpride222) back!

 

It seems like all my event companions were accidentally copied there, when I got my Phantom Rat deposited:

And please put the 1x Phantom Rat into my actual companion storage, it's still missing there.
