I'm not sure I understand what feral means in this context. Could you explain?

To me feral means that she's a bit wilder than most people. Most of the time when people call themselves feral they just mean they're a bit wacky and out there.
And Dare is very wild and out there

    I'd never run into that usage in the wild before and so expected feral to mean a *lot* wilder than most people.

      It's just a joke I like to use
      People call a lot of characters feral like Bakugo from my hero academia
      And to be fair she is a lot wilder than I said
      but again it's just a joke
