To me feral means that she's a bit wilder than most people. Most of the time when people call themselves feral they just mean they're a bit wacky and out there. And Dare is very wild and out there
It's just a joke I like to use People call a lot of characters feral like Bakugo from my hero academia And to be fair she is a lot wilder than I said but again it's just a joke
