How expensive is it in your neck of the woods? I got mine for about a hundred dollars which is not bad at all in my opinion. Compared to some of the other Paint Shops, it is actually cheap down here in good ole Nebraska. I saw one paint shop that was like 1200 dollars! No kidding! Well anyway, I only used that pic on the net to get some idea of how a phoenix is supposed to look. And then I went and did my own thing with it. I am glad you like it hun. I think it is my favorite pic of mine so far.

It really depends on where you look. Generally speaking, from where I looked around, Corel Painter IX costs about $400-$600 Canadian (that's probably about...let me think...$250-400?
