This is a collab with my dude Neap0litan They drew the puggos and this beautiful background!

All our characters having fun in the rainbow water. Well all besides the currently working Billy XD The boy doesnt know how to swim so hes currently having the time of his life trying to "save" Lumei

Carm, Billy and Lumei all belong to Neo of course ^u^

The water looks so amazing! I find it super funny that Coco is just lifting up Charli while Cater is cheering her on while Carmine and Primrose is just chilling! (Billiam does not look like he is enjoying the rainbow water its so funny plus Lumei just watching)

  I know right? Neo knocked it out the part drawing that. I love the chaos of the puggos with the calm Prim and Carm here (he is really having a hard time liking the water when he cant swim XD)

  Thank you I came up with the setting idea I cant take the credit for the water that was all on Neo I was in a rush this morning to write the discription till now that it was a collab thing (mb) but I'll be sure to let them know their water is love
