Text-to-speech device

Dogma was granted a number of items before entering the new world but by far his most helpful one is the device created by his creator, a handheld device with the capability to turn written or in this case, typed, words into speech. Built from a modified game console, it contains an onboard translator, dual speakers, an old but sleek gray plastic frame, and a digital screen made to aid Dogma with communicating, as he cannot communicate through speech.
