The Howling Winds Manifest

Rogtuk's sky element manifests in a few different ways. He refers to his overall powers as The Howling Winds. And one of the more interesting ways his power takes shape is through the summoning of spirtual wolves. These wolves, in their rawest form, are shaped by the wind. But when combined with the magic of others, they can change their form and powers. 

This is, of course, a gift in Rogtuk's eyes. Either from Zeda, offering her will beyond the veil of death as she continues to protect him. Or from Mother Wolf- who saw Zeda's act of courage and figured Rogtuk to be worthy of blessing for how well he treated his wolf for her to be willing to die for him.
