Latent Element: Sky

Aside from pranking people with his element by blowing their hats off or blowing the papers out of their hands, Fred enjoys some of the more practical aspects of his sky element. For example he likes being able to concentrate breathable air around his body so he can breathe in low oxygen environments without having to rely on heavy oxygen tanks. Becoming his own ac in hot environments is also a nice plus.
