The figures in shadows as they are not important as the people but the Idea of the time...there was an big push for Humanoid Superiority while Monster race was attack by such gang and group to encourage the monster race to return to the wild where they belong...this kind of issue spread to goverment funded families who take in Monster race children, so even Hotpop Elf family that took her in get hit with raciest crimes...while never truely being gone, as Hotpop start to move pass into her 200 years, the city seen less such crimes.....though now there more Monster Lovers vs Monster haters that bicker among each others....well long story sort. Hotpop in an better place now, attempting to reach everyone and connect them in an accepting community
