Attaches to the back of the elixir belt. 

A redish journal covered in varies stains, as is the hazard of anything left in V's workspace. The inside is slowly being filled out with a chaotic mess of notes and ideas and soon... badges. Very simple but stained on the outside; oil, blood, tea, and a bit of a burn mark. The inside of the journal in this particualar image contains; a envelope containing a letter, a good to bad chart in the shape of a bunny for V to keep track of his behavior patterns, a butterfly sticker, test tea that V made, a shopping list, and a motivational quote.
