Aspers Ocarina

Asper's ocarina used to be their mothers. It has been the only item that they have kept over all these years and are protective of it.
When Asper was but a tiny little thing, their mother would play them a lullaby with the ocarina. One night their household was attacked and raided, their parents killed and Asper taken with the bloody ocarina grasped tightly in their hands. They hid it with them or in their glorified cell during the first many years of their gladiator time.
Since their escape, they have had the instrument polished, the string refitted, repainted, etc. Anything to keep it in peak condition and always have it around their neck. or on their person in someway.
